I would not recommend this company. I made an appointment on a Saturday to have rear glass replaced on Tuesday. I agreed to pay cash. I get the call Tuesday saying if I don't have a heated garage they can't do the repair. They also recommended another company. We rescheduled for Thursday when it was warmer. When the installer arrived he said the job was too hard and would take too long. I guess that means not enough profit. I offered to help, but he basically said he couldn't do the job and I should take it to another company. I get that the work isn't easy, but they should refuse to quote or quote enough to make it worth their time. It was a very disappointing experience with a lot of excuses and apologies. I suggest looking elsewhere.

I highly recommend Auto Glass Fitters. The technician, Dan, was very professional and friendly, and he skillfully replaced my windshield in under an hour. This was the most painless experience possible for getting a windshield replaced - he came directly to my apartment parking lot and installed it there. I didn’t have to take my car anywhere or wait in a lobby. All I had to do was go outside to unlock my car, and then back out again when Dan was done so I could pay. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and extremely worth it considering how easy the whole process was, not to mention the high quality of the installation itself. Dan did replacement on my Toyota rav4 2016 windshield, great communication, he text and call first thing in the morning and set a time for afternoon, He showed up right on time, show me the replacement part, and explain the difference with original part, He competed the replacement in 30 minutes, since I'm about to sell my car, that was so important for me to be done as clean as possible and the outcome was perfect, I will wait couple of days to do leak test maybe do carwash if there will be no rain, I will send an update then. so far perfect job!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Went through Insurance. Statefarm set everything up, Auto glass fitters then called me to confirm time and address. Auto glass fitters came over to my car when they said they would, replaced my windshield. The process was painless, Auto Glass fitters did a great Job, and there were no issues with the insurance payment. In total, it cost me $100 to do a full windshield replacement.

They did good at replacing the window shield, but when the took the car to Calibrate the car safety features , they hit something in my car and won't own up to it, when I left work after they replace my window shield I had a flat tire and damage to my side panels, when I called in the lady was do rude ! Very reasonable pricing and super fast service. Dan was professional, polite, and accurate in his timing estimate for arrival to replace my windshield. Plus, it took under an hour and looks great! Covid protocols were followed as well, which was greatly appreciated. Would absolutely recommend to anyone seeking windshield repair or replacement.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!! I called to ask some question regarding glass replacement on my car and Violette seemed very miserable and decided to hang up on me. I will never recommend this place because of her. Her work ethic is absolutely horrible. She had an attitude the second she picked up the phone. STAY AWAY!
