They replaced my windshield- Crooked. When I took the blue tape off noticed bottom driver side and top passenger side were not flush with the frame. had small gaps, black glue on my car, and the rubber seal was unevenly sticking out. I took it back and they said ‘we try to make it as straight as possible’ and it’s only “a few centimeters off”. He said they would have to break the entire windshield to re-do it, and refused to fix it. Price was good, but as the saying goes: You get what you pay for. I had 2 people I initially told to take their cars, but had to recommend they go elsewhere after my bad experience. I wish I had gone to SafeLite like they did. Lesson learned. Had my window replaced only to have my door damaged. Owner took no responsibility says he sees this all the time. Set their feeling defeated to see the staff laughing at what the owner said as he walked back into shop. Jokes on you and your customer service and lack of accountability. Someone damaged my door. I rather pay someone more money for a good job if other damage comes with getting a window fixed. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for. … Lesson learned. Satellite me next please. Would not recommend based on lack of accountability and customer service.

I just got my driver's side front window replaced here and I am SO happy. I called them around noon today, they got the part in super quickly, and I was able to go there for installation at 2:30pm. They were SO kind and careful and super fast, and their pricing is very affordable. All the techs were very knowledgeable and the owner works right there on premises as well. It's a convenient location and easy to find, which is also a bonus. Hands down some of the best customer service I have received in years even while they were busy they were still courteous well spoken and professional,fast and the price was definitely fair Second time not so great somehow, my Bluetooth adapter turns up missing from the middle console, which shouldn’t even been touched while trying to have a rear passenger window fixed and no one was willing to take accountability or even offer to compensate me for the inconvenience I guess just don’t leave anything in the car that you’re gonna have to replace

I can't believe I was going to pay $449 to have a side window replaced on my car. A friend told me about this place, we called got a quote, I was ABSOLUTELY surprised when I heard how much it'd cost. They replaced my window in about 30 minutes. I paid what I was quoted over the phone. I looked in my back seat and noticed that the broken glass was gone. I want to THANK the young man for cleaning the glass that was all over my back seat and floor-I was not expecting that at all. I really appreciate you for doing that!

Top notch customer service and professionalism. They were the only ones who could get me in on a short notice for my Kia and had me in and out within an hour and a half. I sat in the waiting area for my window to be repaired and heard dozens of conversations, where the same level of customer service was provided. Drove all the way from Denver to Detroit and got a big crack across my windshield. Didn’t want to have to drive back like that. They got me in same day, had my windshield in stock, did it quickly and it was well done. They were even thoughtful enough that they took the oil change reminder sticker off the old windshield and put it on the new one. Very friendly and helpful. Also, they work with State Farm, if that matters to you.

This place was great! Friendly, quick and good service. I called at lunch time on a work day and was able to get in on the spot. They had my windshield on hand and started immediately upon my arrival. I was in and out within an hour. They were under the price of the 3 other places that I called which were over the price of this place anywhere from from $20-$169. I would highly recommend this place for a windshield replacement.

They had me waiting for three hours when he could have told me over the phone that the part wasn't going to be in for another three hours. And I think they overcharged me as well. Not to mention the fact he was rather rude when I was standing in front of him and he was on the phone ignoring me! But at least they had my part that's the only reason why they have the two stars
