Incredibly quick service! I had my back window damaged unexpectedly in my 2022 Kia, and was driving home with a fix less than an hour after it happened. They put my window aside ahead of time and had such a nice group available to clean up all of the interior glass and repair the window in less than 15 minutes for a cheaper than expected price. So thankful for the care especially with being so last-minute on a Saturday :)

I had a small stone crack in my windshield, and thankfully when I called, they were able to get me in right away. Ordinarily, the person who handles windshield stone cracks only operates by appointment, but they were able to get me in right away and all I had to do was wait about 15-20 minutes for the guy to show up (he had gone home but came back because I was a sudden walk-in). Once he showed up, he got right to work and after another 15-20 minutes, my crack was fixed and I was on my way. Best $60 I ever spent! (And certainly better than the near $800 I would have spent going through my insurance.)

These guys are legit. With the crazy low prices you'd think something was gonna be off. No, they do excellent quality work at a price 60% cheaper than other places. Understand you are not paying for a fancy lobby or Beverly Hills location. Customer service is fine for me but they are not there to coddle you. This is not a shop for Karens. If you want your windshield replaced within 30 minutes of drop off at a ridiculous price; Go here. These guys work their butts off. I will go no where else for auto glass. Understand they want you to drop your car off and get it as soon as its done because of the amount of cars they do an hour. I went to roll my window down and the button broke after the window was cracked wide enough for snow and water to get in. I spoke to David over at Garrison Auto Glass and he was able to get my window rolled up for me on my lunch break. He also showed me how I could operate the switch in the mean time if necessary. This was such a relief because the part was on back order and there was a snow storm coming the next day. OMG I sooo appreciate good people. Once the part comes in, I'll be going back and having him do the replacement. This isn't the first time I've used them. Some years ago, I had to have a windshield replaced. Garrison Auto Glass took care of me then as well. They're definitely doing something right because they've been in business for quite a while taking care of the community's auto glass needs.

These guys were super professional, quick, and really friendly. If you ever need any form of glass repaired on any vehicle give these guys a call! They came out to my house first thing in the morning, introduced themselves, and replaced the driver’s side door glass that shattered the night before on my way home and has the job done in under an hour. I appreciated the quality checks before they left - they wanted to make sure everything was good and I was satisfied. 5/5 would use again.

I've took a few cars of mine to these guys already in the past. Just recently, my wife's windshield was a culprit of freeway rocks flying at 70 mph. Within 2 hours of dropping it off, they were done and the wife was happy again. On top of that, we had a driver side window mechanism break on us. Unknowingly, I gave them a call and asked if they did mechanical work other than just window replacement. Sure enough, they told me to bring it in and they'd check it out. The owner knew exactly what was wrong with just one push of a button. The part was ordered next day and installed. Any issues you have with windows, I'd highly recommend giving these guys a call. They're quick, have great workmanship and surprisingly not a bank breaker.
