I found this place while sitting in the waiting room of another glass repair shop around the corner. The other shop said I had to be there by 1:30pm to be seen an I missed that time. I called Michigan auto glass and they told me to come on in an quoted me the cheapest price out of every place I called. The service was phenomenal! My window on the driver’s side wasn’t working and I thought it was the motor. It turned out that all I needed was a new switch. They only charged me for a switch. The owner was very honest and very nice. His assistant was nice too! I came early and he opened the front for me so I could relax until the owner came. If ever I need some more work on my car, I will not hesitate to come here again!

I was serviced same day , but after noticing that they mistakenly misplaced my 300 interior rearview mirror and I lost my receipt. I called because I didn’t think it’ll be a big deal for them to fix a mistake that happened on their end. I drove to Detroit thinking I’ll try to save a couple dollars to be told to come to the shop and not get accommodated. It frustrates me to know I have a specific mirror in my vechile I purchased just to be told I’m a liar. Terrible customer service. Just make sure before having work done on your vehicle to take pictures & have statements because these people choose to have businesses and be dishonest with customers. How often do someone comes to you stating try don’t have their original interior rearview mirror because they just want you to pay out of your pocket or company for an mirror Jas knows was in her vehicle that doesn’t make any sense. Very upset because I thought they were good people. I have a limited explorer that had two small lights with three buttons on my rearview mirror. A blue button with a phone , the on star button , & an emergency button that was red. Great service. I scheduled through windshield hub and was able to have someone come out the next morning. The prices were excellent and the booking process was super easy. The techs that came out were great did an excellent job fast and kept that line of communication open. Very respectful I highly recommend

Was not expecting the class this group displayed. Replaced my windshield in short notice on Saturday before Easter. Did a great job at a GREAT PRICE. Went above and beyond and treated a couple rust spots I had on my list for when the weather gets better. No doubts here. Highly recommended.

Had a windshield put in at this location today the price was very fair. Waiting room wasnt top notch but they are working on it. Less than an hour wait so they are nice and quick. We're also very friendly and offered bottle water more than once. Will definitely be back for futute services.
