Terrible Experience - Discrimination and Unprofessionalism I’ve been a loyal customer of Eureka Auto Glass since 2005, going there with my dad, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I visited to get my windshield replaced, and I had cameras inside my vehicle. They asked me to remove them so they wouldn’t accidentally damage them, which was fine. I asked if they could put them back since I had paid $300 to have them installed. The response I got from the technician was shocking: “Not my problem. I fix windshields, you put the camera back yourself.” That level of customer service was beyond unacceptable. On top of that, they didn’t even install the sensor cover properly—it’s loose and makes a clicking sound. Worse yet, the staff was making inappropriate comments in Arabic, thinking I wouldn’t understand. I chose to ignore it and paid for the service, even though it was far from satisfactory. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I drove 40 minutes back to the shop to have my passenger window checked as it wouldn’t roll down. The front desk had told me during my last visit that they would take a look to see if it was the motor or some other issue. When I arrived, it was total chaos. The staff didn’t seem to know who was supposed to work on my vehicle, and the same guy who had made the rude comments last time started up again, comparing himself to a former Pakistani president, Musharraf, which was inappropriate and unprofessional. From the waiting room, I could see the shop floor on their big camera screen. Instead of actually inspecting my car, I watched as two or three employees just stood around, walking aimlessly around my vehicle. No one opened any panels or tried to diagnose the issue properly. After a couple of minutes, the front desk guy told me they couldn’t fix it because it was an electrical problem and suggested I go somewhere else. I confronted them for their discriminatory behavior and the derogatory comments made in Arabic, only to be dismissed. If you are a non-Arab customer, I highly recommend avoiding this place. They’ll insult you in their language, waste your time, and show no professionalism whatsoever. I’ve reported this to the Better Business Bureau and will be following up. I have video and audio evidence of their behavior from my dashcam. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.

The drivers door window on my semi truck had shattered, and I needed it replaced right away. I called Eureka Auto Glass, and they said they had my exact replacement window in stock and for me to get there as soon as I could. He told me to pull right up to the overhead garage entry door when I arrived because they would be starting on it immediately. I parked my truck where he told me to, went inside and checked in, gave them my keys, and was told they would start on it shorty. I had a seat in the waiting area. 30 minutes went by, and they hadn't started on it yet. It wasn't a big deal, they were a little busy so I understood and it was fine because I was happy that I found a company that could replace it that evening. Another 30 minutes had passed, and they still hadn't started on it yet. Then another 30 minutes. Then again, another additional 30 minutes had gone by. I sat there for an entire 2 hours without my truck being touched. At that time, an employee approached me and said, "Can you come back tomorrow because we don't have your window in stock. We will need to order it." WHAT. It was extremely frustrating, and I was very irritated and upset. I said "No I can't come back, I only came here because I was told the window was here, and I was promised it would be installed today." I wasted 2 hours of my time because they failed to take 2 minutes to check and confirm that the window was there on location and in stock. Ultimately, the next day, I had my window replaced by another company. Unfortunately, it was installed at the end of my work day, and after, I had driven 300 miles in the rain without a drivers window. If Eureka Auto Glass took the simple step of checking their stock and realizing that they didn't have the right window, I could have gone and made other arrangements. Eureka Auto Glass may or may not be an excellent window and windshield installer and could possibly have very good install technicians, I honestly have no idea. But with the lack of fundamental professionalism by skipping over the very first important step of a repair, and causing me the inconvenience that it did, I will not be returning and I will be taking all of my future business elsewhere. I will also not be referring them to anyone.

I came here a couple months ago to get my rear window replaced. I came on a Saturday, I called prior they said they’ll be finished in 2 hours. Literally 2 hours passed I go up to ask if it’s done and after 2 hours of me waiting the finally decides to tell me the car won’t be ready till 5 which was an additional 3 hours from what they told me. I was annoyed but okay with it. Then I ask if I can pick the next day (Sunday) he said they’re closed so they said it’ll be done Monday morning. Monday morning I called they said they still needed it to be delivered and they ended up finishing it at 3pm. To recap I came in on Saturday they told me it’ll be done in 2 hours and got the car all the way on Monday 3 o’clock. Not only that they said they will clean the glass, such a lie there was glass still left all over my car even in the front seat and it was never even there before. It was a very disappointing experience and I just wanted to take my car to a different shop, if they didn’t have my window in stock they should’ve just told me that instead of lying and saying they’ll have it done in 2 hours.ServicesAuto rear window replacement

This place was awesome. I received a quote over the phone and i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The price was reasonable. The owner was friendly. My only issue was when I walked to my car one of the guys working on my car opened the door for me then asked me for “cash”. I thought he was joking but he continued to repeat “cash” over and over as I got in the car. I told him I didn’t have any cash on me (which was true) and then he repeated, “ten, just ten.” When I reused he harshly slammed my door. I’m almost positive the owner does not realize one of his employees is harassing women for money as they leave. I certainly won’t be back. CAUTION TO WOMEN because I am positive he would not have done this if my husband was there! ***** The same day I posted this review the owner reached out to me and apologized on behalf of his employee. If you want quality service avoid Eureka auto glass for a business that only services auto glass you would be shocked to discover how negligent they can be. After receiving service my car’s interior components including my head visor weren’t coupled properly and started falling apart upon slight vibration. I could feel draft coming in From the Conners of my windshield and they stained all areas they touched in my car while working without cleaning their mess it was such a poorly done job that it will require complete rework to rectify it. To make matters worse they didn’t realize I understood Arabic they are racist and disgusting to not just me but another female customer who received bad service. Save yourself the stress of having rain water sip into your electrical system because you used eureka auto glass. Regretting would be the least of your problems $$$$

These guys are legit. With the crazy low prices you'd think something was gonna be off. No, they do excellent quality work at a price 60% cheaper than other places. Understand you are not paying for a fancy lobby or Beverly Hills location. Customer service is fine for me but they are not there to coddle you. This is not a shop for Karens. If you want your windshield replaced within 30 minutes of drop off at a ridiculous price; Go here. These guys work their butts off. I will go no where else for auto glass. Understand they want you to drop your car off and get it as soon as its done because of the amount of cars they do an hour. Bobby (owner and front desk staff) needs to do a course in customer service...he is very argumentative and if he wants he will tell you to pick your car up and leave...seems like he does not need your business. Anyhow staff in the back and well experienced and good professionals. Good quality work and good products but please please oh please make sure you tell Bobby each and every detail of your vehicle before he quotes you on the phone...better to take the vehicle and get a quote...Been there three times and every time the price changes from what is quoted on the phone. I would not recommend this place I got my windshield replaced on my 7 series bmw and a few hours after they left I noticed a scratch under the wiper blade a realy deep long scratch I called them back and they kept arguing and talking saying it’s not our fault and how I dropped something in it and making up stuff and doing everything but taking responsibility for it I would not Recommend this place at all I would go with something like satellite even though there more expensive you get better glass and better service from them.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I went in there with my Audi Q5 and they changed my windshield. they ended up upcharging me for no reason. They finish my car then I drive home. I got home to look at it and next thing I know, they cracked my windshield sensor. To get it fixed costs me $600. I ended up calling them back and nicely tell them what they did and in return they started screaming back at me! DONT GO HERE!!! All they want is your money. Not Quality work. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS!
