Absolutely exceptional service!! I went there to get a new windshield and they told me not to put one in until I make sure that the problem I am having with fog is not due to another problem and they told me how to go home and make sure. The customer service rep cleaned my windshield professionally at no charge and spent a long time with me.

These guys are amazing. Very professional and respectful and highly recommend them. The office is is always willing to try and help make it work for last minute needs! Only gave four because despite appt, took all business day. But definitely recommend. What I paid compared to quote wasn't that far off because of taxes which I already expected. So Definitely worth it. Small business sometimes alot of work so worth the waitServicesAuto windshield replacement

Glad I was referred to Payless auto glass to replace my windsheild! Cheaper quotes then Safelite and other companies and was scheduled for installation the next day. The installer was very professional and super nice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new windsheild.

I know why they named it payless. They have no clue what there doing. My windshield needed the sensors calibrated they said no problem drop it off. Calls back an hour later and says they dont know how to do that.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Payless. After going with another company per my insurance company recommendation, Payless came to my rescue. The other company had me wait 5 days for the glass to come in, and it was mysteriously "broken" the morning of my scheduled install. I called Payless, told them my story. They took my number and called around for my glass. Called me back within the hour! Because of my bad experience with the other company, I asked to please confirm when they had the glass in hand before I made an apt. Only a few hours later, I was called back with confirmation and had the apt for the next day. They installed the glass and recalibrated all my safety features. All in one day!!!!! I would recommend to all, give them a call, they will not disappoint!!!

Just cancel my appointment. When I placed an order of service, they gave me a window of 9am-1pm it is now quarter to 1 pm, and still nobody showed. I called the company to see what was going on, and I get oh the tech has the order but is running behind and will be there anywhere from 1-3pm. No courtesy call to let me know they are running behind. It takes me to call to find out. Not even an apology for their poor service. Smh, very poor business practice and very unprofessional and extremely unacceptable, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Outstanding experience, they're all SO nice. Came right to my house to replace my windshield and went above and beyond when Progressive Insurance jerked me around on coverage. Did an excellent job even in 90+ degree heat! I really appreciate their kindness and excellent, prompt service. Since this is Massachusetts and our infrastructure sucks, I'll probably need a new windshield again and this is my first stop. Highly highly highly recommended (also stay away from Progressive).

Very honest people and customer service is great !! They really went above and beyond to deal with my car . I wouldn't go to any other glass place ! I had codes come up on my 2017 honda accord and they needed them cleared in order to fix the windshield. They really stood behind me and pointed me in the right direction... And ended up fixing my windshield. Great job !!
