Western Ma auto glass is definitely the place to go! I’ve been dealing with alot of car incidents that led me into being in a rental because I need a vehicle to work and make my money. I was so overwhelmed and concerned when I needed to replace my windshield due to a crack that took place in the top right of my rental. Stressing about not having a vehicle for an entire day when you need to work is not for the weak. But thanks to Candy and Tony THEY FIXED MY WINDSHIELD WITHIN TWO HOURS! I was in shock when I got the call that my vehicle was ready to be picked back up. These people are the best. Thank you guys!

Western Mass Auto Glass’s customer service is truly exceptional! This morning, I was in a bind, desperately searching for someone to repair my windshield the same day since I have class tonight. Not only did Western Mass Auto Glass come through, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. They worked seamlessly with my insurance, replaced my windshield, and calibrated it—all within just five hours! On top of that, they went the extra mile by cleaning the mats inside my car. I am beyond grateful for their efficiency, professionalism, and kindness. Highly recommend!

I Highly Recommend this place!! I was kind of at a loss of where to go because I was paying out of pocket and without insurance. After looking around, I found Western Mass Glass to be the most reasonable. The entire process was smooth and efficient, from scheduling the appointment to the skilled installation of my car window. Absolutely best place to get glass repaired. Friendly, kind—I had to get to Boston the following day, & they did everything possible to get me road ready after a rock went through my windshield. I had a little spot of rust caused by the Safelite guys four years ago or so, but WMAG repaired & installed the new windshield, something those big conglomerates refuse to do. Will recommend to anybody & everybody.

Very nice people, the woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and professional. I needed the windshield fixed ASAP and they were able to do it the day of which i’m very grateful for. They even went above and beyond and did some detailing in my car, I was very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone who needs their windshield replaced. I went there at 8 o'clock in the morning to get a window replaced in my car not only did he replace it. He did an immaculate job and he did it in such a quick time. This is the best place in the area to have your glass replaced, by far! They really know what they are doing, no problems with the install. They also went above and beyond, they cleaned my dash, vacuumed my floor, washed my mats, I thought I was just getting a windshield! Thank you WMA Auto Glass!!

Great experience, the person that helped me over the phone was very helpful and nice.. my car was done very quickly and they went above and beyond and cleaned out the floor mats in the car which they absolutely didn’t have to but I’m very grateful! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Omg such amazing service. I came in with a broken windshield, it was replaced and he even buffed my headlights which were yellow and dull, now their like brand new. Thank you so much. I am telling all my friends and family about this awesome service.
