Auto Glass Now

Had 2 trucks that I needed glass work on. A windshield on one and a back window on another. Tell me how I can buy a truck from the factory with a tool box on integrated on it and these guys gave me a horrible attitude and refused to do it were extremely rude and belligerent on my property!! They left like little kids and didn’t even do the truck that they had no problem with! District manager was great to deal with but still they are refusing to do the work! How do we pay for insurance for glass and the glass company wants us to do half the work for them?! Called Payless auto glass and guess what. They’re coming out to do what arrow can’t do. It just goes to show the standards of this company. I have a fleet of 48 trucks and usually get 10 glass claims a year and arrow will never get one from me ever again. If arrow auto glass shows up and Dave is your technician best of luck! Do yourself a favor don’t let these people handle your glass claims.

After my car was broken into and the glass was shattered, I called all around looking for a place to get it fixed quickly with the weather decreasing. I gave them a call and they had the best price in town. The service performed in less than 3 hours even though they did not have the glass in stock when I dropped off my vehicle. When I received the call that the work was complete and went to pay, I was in a rental car and would have had to Uber back to pick up the vehicle. The owner was nice enough to drive my vehicle home for me to avoid all that I would had to do alone! I would give this place 10 stars ⭐️ if I could! Can’t wait to have someone to refer to them for their exceptional service!!

I am so glad Auto Glass Now took over the other company. He was a very nice guy to help with our windshield after the other company didn't do a very good job because the rubber molding was coming off from the windshield he did a great job fixing it !!🙂 Also the next Day the owner called to see if everything was ok and if we were happy with the service. What company calls the day after your service. Now that's great customer service!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!

Top notch service from the phone call to schedule the appointment, to the vehicle drop off and the install. Had an 8 am appointment dropped my car off about 7:50 was greeted the moment I opened the door and maybe 25 minutes later my car was all set and ready to go. I booked a last minute repair and they were incredibly helpful and were able to squeeze me in for an appointment 2 days later. The work was done quickly and professionally & not to mention the price was the cherry on top for a windshield replacement. I would recommend anyone who needs service to come to this establishments!

What a great bunch of professionals ! My windshield suffered damage from two rock hits while driving. These guys replaced my windshield and recalibrated the safety features in less than one hour. Everyone was great at auto glass now. I actually went to the shop on Bay Street, told them I’d wait. Went across the street to the local diner for lunch and when I got back they were done. They handles all the paperwork directly with my insurance company and I just drove away. The workmanship was great.

Very efficient and professional. I paid exactly what I was quoted. The staff were friendly, and the waiting area was clean and quiet. They replaced the windshield in less than 1 hour and transplanted my inspection sticker, oil change sticker, etc onto the new glass without being asked, which was very nice.

I really appreciate the friendly customer service. He was attentive, welcoming, and maintained eye contact, which made the interaction feel genuine and respectful. The service was quick and thorough, and my windshield looked fabulous afterward. Excellent service overall — highly recommended!
