called on a Sunday night to get me window replaced and guy picked up the phone with no problem and quoted me HALF of what other companies “estimated” and without the wait time. they came out the very next day to do the install but we ran into a misunderstanding on what window was broken… NP!! Shatter Master is AMAZING!!!! During my visit to NOLA my car window was broken into and we needed it fixed to make the 15 hour drive home. No one else could help me for several days. When I told Roy I was in a time crunch he went out of his way and drove to multiple scrap yards until he found the part we needed and fixed it the next day! They got all the broken glass cleaned up and even cleaned the window after installation. This company was right on time! My issue happened on a Sunday but they were able to still respond and get me a quote same day. Initially I would have had to wait until Tuesday but late Sunday night a representative contacted me with a last minute cancellation and scheduled me next day. I was so happy and this was the start of exemplary customer service. The gentlemen also stayed in communication with details and need-to-knows from initial contact until the end of job! Mr. Roy did a great job! I called him at like 9pm at night and to my surprise he answered. He was able to give me a quote and a time for the next day. He arrived on time as promised to my job and changed out my windshield. He was a life saver and very friendly to top it all off. My driver door car glass got busted out due to a break in while in New Orleans last night. I called Shatter Master at 11am and by 1pm my new glass was replaced. Mr Roy is very courteous and professional!! Oh, and did I mention the job was done in my driveway in the rain!! This is what you call above and beyond service!!
