The young man was very nice. I just purchased my car a few days before and I was coming through New Orleans and my dash was reading low tire pressure. My next exit was the General Degaulle Exit. The young man at the Tire Place next to the car wash. He asked me for a key to take my tire off, I didn't know I needed one and he told me where to get it. (👍).He exam, found the problem and fixed my tire fast. He was friendly and fast because I panicked and he calmed me down by being such a nice person 😇. I'm sorry for not remembering his name but he was the Caucasian person that worked there. Thank You Again 😇

Detroit and his team are THE BEST AROUND. My car was broken into and someone trying to steal it by starting it with a flathead screwdriver. He had the glass, kept in touch while I waited for the police who never showed. Sent his guy to my house WHILE CALLING AROUND TO FIND SOMEONE TO COME REPAIR MU IGNITION SWITCH. Thanks to someone deciding to help themselves to the packages on my back seat we found ourselves in need of new window. I was able to reach Peyton early in the morning and she had me scheduled for service right away. Unfortunately, no local warehouses had the window in stock and it would be a two day order normally. They worked until they found one in driving distance and had it brought in for me so we could be fixed the next day and not have to wait any longer than necessary. Customer service and the effort was second to none. The tech came out and completed the job quickly and professionally and couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend.

I woke up to bring my daughter to school and saw my car had its drivers side window smashed in. I was originally going to schedule an appointment with a big name company but they couldn’t get me in til the next day and the price quoted was outrageous. I searched around for a local business and found Jazz Auto Glass. It had great reviews. I called at 8:45, they checked to make sure they had the correct window in stock, they confirmed they did and said they could fit me in at 9:15. The entire process took 1 hour start to finish. The cost was half of what I was quoted at the other place. Clarence replaced my window and he could not have been more kind, professional and efficient. I’m happy to have chosen to go with a local small business. I can’t express how grateful I am. I’ll be referring everyone to Jazz Auto Glass. Thank you all SO much!

These guys were great, I had a break in on a rear passenger window and there is very low inventory of the glass anywhere in New orleans. They pulled the one piece from inventory that they had and put eyes on it before I went down there for the repair, the extra effort is well appreciated! They were the cheapest price after calling around and they were able to get it done in a few hours so I could pick it up the next morning.

My car got broke into last night. I had to wait for police report and fingerprints to be taken before doing anything. I had to get someone to come replace my window before the rain hit. I called Onsite Mobile and was blown away. First of all very friendly and polite and professional. Told me he could get to me today, I was really worried about the rain. Needless to say, 2 hours later he calls me back telling me he has a guy enroute to me now to beat the rain. The gentleman he sent was also very polite and professional. I highly recommend them for your window and tinting needs. They will be doing my tint on my replaced window. Don’t bother wasting your time calling anyone else, one call that’s all as Morris Bart says!!! Thank you again guys!!!

So, i was nervous because I usually use my local guy to tint my windows but he had a month wait so on a business trip to NOLA I stopped in here after talking to a guy on Facebook. The geoshield brand is new, but it's an amazing film and honestly looks awesome. It's 103 degrees most days and I get into my hot black car, and within a minute or two it's cool already compared to it never getting cool before the tint. The installer was a pro, it came out so fricken good that it legit just looks like part of the window but just darker; in fact it's nano ceramic and not a SINGLE defect could be found. They put tape on my window controls (masking) so that I wouldn't roll them down and 3 days later they went down without issues. Needless to say, to be able to drive up, pay hundreds less than normal for ceramic and have it done on a lunch hour was the best experience in tint I've ever had. It's a no brainer, go see these guys and you won't be upset with the results but you'll definitely feel the difference in this heat.
