I brought my 2023 Audi to have the windshield replaced and calibrated. I was told during scheduling that the vehicle required a special glass and that it was being ordered. I spent 1hr 40 min at the appointment to be told, they installed the wrong windshield and that the calibration was not done. After rescheduling and leaving I noticed damage to my dashboard and side panel. There was also cracked glass on the dash. No one notified me of the damage. I had to go back and have them take photos and report it to the district manager. I am waiting on a call from someone. This damage needs to be replaced through audi. This is ridiculous! It just shows how much of a piss poor job this company does. I even have excess glue oozing from the outside. I'm waiting on a call. ***Update***7.8.25 Rowan w/Auto glass is denying they installed the incorrect windshield. The receptionist told me they did not install the factory glass as I requested during scheduling. Why would their front desk have scheduled a followup appointment for 5/31 to have the correct part installed and to calibrate the windshield. There are also 2 windshields listed on my job ticket..Audi cannot perform the calibration because of the wrong part. Rowan with this company is trying to cover up their mistakes. This company does not take accountability for their wrong doing. Rowan is the last person who should be speaking with customers. She is argumentative, defensive and has no compassion. She is making me feel like this whole incident is my fault. She even hung up in my face! My vehicle has to be in the shop for a week and a half without a loaner. And to think they want me to bring my vehicle back to them to install another windshield..how can they be trusted. Their credibility, reliability and trust is out the window. District Manager, I hope you're reading this..

Auto Glass Now is an ok company to use if you are paying out of pocket. Their prices are pretty reasonable. However, I was using my insurance and I chose them because they stated that they had "Mobile " service and when they called to confirm my service, I found out that was not the case. With my busy schedule, it wasn't very convenient for me to go and wait in a shop for an hour plus. Also, they are one of the very few glass companies that I have worked with that does not know how to replace inspection and other stickers. So right after I got my windshield installed, I had to rush to go and get an inspection sticker although I didn't really have time to get the windshield installed. So if you want Mobile service and your inspection sticker to stay intact, I would suggest using another company. Other than that, they replaced the glass within about an hour and it looks fine.

I recently had my windshield replaced, and after leaving the shop, I noticed a very visible scratch on the driver's side. I immediately contacted the shop and returned later in the week for an inspection. They confirmed that the windshield was indeed scratched. When I inquired about how this could have happened, I was informed that the glass arrived from the vendor in that condition. I would have expected both the vendor and the installer to inspect the glass thoroughly before installation. I was given two options: 1. A “rock chip” valued at $160. 2. A full windshield replacement. However, I was told that they couldn’t guarantee the replacement windshield wouldn’t have similar damage, which I found concerning. I would have appreciated more assurance that the next windshield would be properly inspected before installation. Due to the lack of confidence in the replacement process, I initially chose the “rock chip” and was handed a business card with a handwritten voucher. That I would have to hold onto for future use. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the offer, thinking the $160 was a refunded discount. I had no interest in a future use voucher. When I addressed my misunderstanding, I was met with an unnecessarily rude response: “This is a business, not a charity. I’m not giving you money back for a scratch.” This response felt unprofessional, as I was simply seeking clarification, and a refund/discount was not my original intent when I brought the vehicle back. All I wanted was for my brand-new windshield to look as expected, without defects. I decided to proceed with a full replacement and scheduled an appointment. However, upon reflecting on the experience—especially the dismissive attitude and lack of quality assurance—I chose to cancel and take this as a lesson learned not do business with this place again.

I had the worst experience with this company. It states 50% off and I still paid over $530 for everything. My daughter who is 17 years old which is still a juvenile drive my car there for me to get the windshield replaced while I worked. The company did not have a bracket for my vehicle so they couldn’t install the Calibration. Everything was working when the car came in but they took the window out and realized they couldn’t fix the Calibration. When I called them in the phone they stated that they were able to replace everything. They said they couldn’t release my vehicle unless my daughter signed a waiver. It’s similar like if you turn off the button for your airbags and when u have a wreck and your airbags supposed to deploy but don’t. They not liable if she got in a car wreck. The female that worked in the front office was so rude over the phone when I talked to her. I tried to get a better understanding why they couldn’t release my car. She made my daughter wait an extra 30 mins before they could release the car to her without it being properly fixed. I told her over the phone I will be bringing my car to the business for them to replace the brackets and her tone changed. When I got there today she was extra nice and waited on me hand and feet. When she realize I was going to leave a comment she let me walk through the back office to pick my vehicle up. When I got in my vehicle they did not reset the proper stuff. I had to burn gas and go to the dealership for them to reset the stuff that was on the dash. This was a very poor and unprofessional business and I promise I would recommend anyone to go here. 👎🏽👎🏽

I have gone to this location for years, through the different name changes & have never had an issue. This particular visit, there was an issue with the estimate given over the phone & what was ordered which caused some confusion, but it was ultimately resolved and everything was fine. Upon picking up the vehicle, my son realized that he had left some money in the vehicle in a secure place & once he looked the money was gone. We contacted the manager & she stated that none of her employees took anything. But, I asked if they had cameras that could viewed just to see what may have happened. She flat out refused to even offer to look & stood on her employees didn’t take anything. I explained to her that it was not even about the money, but the fact that the vehicle had been rummaged through when it was only there for a rear window repair. I myself know that although I may think I know what someone will or will not do I cannot say for sure & that I can only speak for myself. I called the main office & filed a complaint & the rep sent an email with myself and the district manager and as of today I still have not heard from anyone. Years of patronage & referrals at this one location on Airline Hwy & Tom Drive & after yesterday’s service I will never return! As I told the manager God bless you all & I hope that whoever may have taken the money that it gets them what they needed!!!

When I arrived, Pam told me that they were running just slightly behind. When I asked how long it would be, she told me that I “would be fine” and to go ahead give her the keys. Initially, I was told on the phone that I would be there for approximately an hour to an hour and an half total. After an hour of waiting, my car was finally moved to the back. About 35 minutes later, I was informed that they were just starting on my vehicle. I then asked how long it would be and was told that it would be about an hour and a half. When Pam could see that I was frustrated, she came to the waiting room and told me that it was “just like doctor’s offices when they run behind.” Of course, I reminded her that I could have left a doctor’s office but can’t leave without my vehicle intact. There were MULTIPLE customers who canceled their services and left while I was waiting because they had been waiting entirely too long themselves. Pam was nothing short of rude to every single person in there. If you need a windshield replacement, I HIGHLY recommend you go anywhere but here. They do NOT currently have a mobile service despite their advertising of it. They are incredibly overbooked and seemingly short-handed. And, if you have to use them for whatever reason, go with a lot of patience.

I would never go there again. They customer service was horrible. There’s an older lady that works there.she lie to you about the price when you call and telling you she will give you discounts. The lady tell you a cheap price on the phone that your glass will cost to be replace and she include tax in the price and schedule you. Just for you to get there and the whole time she added $200 to your price but never told you anything bc she know once your glass is done you will have to pay. This happened to me!! Then she made it seem as if she didn’t know what happened and knew she was lying and would not own up to anything. I spoke to her on multiple occasions to confirm the price. If y’all do go make sure she email you the price she say or text it incase she try it with y’all. They is u professional. I was quoted $332 with tax included for my car just for them to do my glass and tried to charge me over $500 when they was done. I went off and told them I wasn’t paying and I bet they gave it to me for the price she originally quoted. Be mindful that she will tell u what you want to hear over the phone to get you there but she will put something else in the system!!!

I had a good experience with Auto Glass Now from the first conversation. I was assisted by a professional and knowledgeable sales representative named Pam. My experience and interaction with her was very positive and personal. I was very grateful for the facts she gave me about their products and the warranty included with the purchase. Without me asking Pam offered me a discount up front. I called other auto glass companies to make sure I did my homework. I actually got a lower price from one of them, but their presentation left something lacking. I like that they ask for your VIN number which insures a correct product fit. The facility is very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. My wait time was about an hour. That was very reasonable to me. I have, and will, recommend them to others.

Customer service at the front desk was great but when I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed that the window trim wasn’t installed correctly and they got grease all over my seats and dash and head liner and I don’t know why somebody with grease all over them would be getting in peoples vehicles without covering the interior. It wasn’t just a little bit it was all over and it really upset me because I take great care of my things and that experience was really disrespectful to me as a customer. I’m now having trouble with the trim because it’s not staying on the window and I was also charged for some new trim pieces and they used the old pieces so I am getting a attorney because I was billed for $80+ dollars for no reason. Very bad business. I will be spreading the word about the place of business.

I spoke with a employee 20 minutes and I was quoted 425.00 for my car. I called back and they said since this employee no longer here. They wouldn't honor quote As well they said a 2017 Avalon needed a calibration with windshield. This is a blatant lie. I finally got it done and was told as long as you don't disconnect mirror it's fine. This has proven true ie lane change alarm, too close beed and auto braking based on distance with cruise engaged works fine. I ended up paying 460 after tax as opposed to the 600.ish this place wanted. The calibration is a upcharge scam ie at least for toyotas Shop around folks. America is in crisis with our of control inflation. Only YOU CAN LOWER PRICE BY REFUSING TO TRANSACT AT CRAZY PRICES.
