I've taken two of our cars there so far, and I'd give them 2 5 star reviews if I could, but Google only lets me edit my previous review. So here goes. my first time bringing a car in: I stopped by around 3:45 pm, got in and out quickly. the windshield crack was pretty bad but they did a great job stopping it and also filling with resin to keep the crack visibility to a minimum. I paid about what I expected, much less than national companies who try to upsell. I took another car in, and they got us in and out quickly, again for what I expected to pay. couldn't be happier. and I found out they often can come to you to work on your windshield. my company will start taking our vehicles there when needed, and I'm going to give referrals.

If you come here you wont be disappointed! The owner is an amazing guy and his staff are all amazing too! Full of joy, smiles, amazing work and fast. Every time I have been its been an amazing experience. Needing to get any car work is usually something I would dread. Knowing I have to sit in a lobby for long time and them trying to tack on extra costs. This isn't like that at all. If you want repairs to be fast, friendly, and just an over all great experience with excellent customer service you will come here and you will tell your friends with pride where you went. I had a great experience at Advanced Windshield for my windshield repair. The staff was friendly and professional from start to finish. The wait time was minimal and well within what was expected. I especially appreciated how clearly James explained the scan report and aftercare for my windshield. The scan report is also printed out for you. Everything was easy to understand and they took the time to answer my questions. The repair itself was quick and well done. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing quality windshield service!

I enjoyed traveling from Shreveport to Baton Rouge to have my windshield replaced by the Very kind professional team at Advanced windshield. I would do it again. The manager was courteous with every phone conversation. And followed up to update me on a 2 day order .(Where I was told with Safelite in Shreveport it was on back order with no indication on when they would get it in). But, with Advanced less than an hour on install. 🤗😊😄happy customer.

HUGE shoutout to Advanced Windshield Repair for replacing the windshield in one of our drivers ed vehicles today. Having these vehicles out of service is a huge impact for our business and they you did not disappoint! The windshield in our Volkswagen Tiguan was replaced this morning and we were able to get the car back in service and not have to miss any drive times! I will be sure to bring all of our vehicles here for future windshield replacements!

Glad I chose Advanced!! My windshield was chipped by a rock on the interstate and I was able to pull up, same-day, to Advanced Windshield Repair so they could fix it for me. I anticipated there being a leftover nick or something indicating that it was a repaired chip but I can’t even tell a chip ever happened. The service was quick (less than 20 minutes) and very friendly. This is definitely my new #1 shop for all things windshield related!!

Came in to get a new back windshield. When we walked in the staff was super helpful. Even took the car and vacuumed the glass and wrapped it before we got a quote Only took 2 days for the windshield to come in. Then only took 30 minutes to install. They did a great job! Very friendly and very professional. Will definitely only use them from now on. Thank yall again for taking good care of us! They definitely care about their customers!

The install team that came out to replace my windshield from Advanced Windshield Repair were very professional and knowledgeable for the work needed for my vehicle. The team showed up when they were expected to arrive and I am fully satisfied with the results and care that they took for my vehicle. This is the Best service I have had in Baton Rouge. They were quick with the windshield repair. They searched to find the factory windshield I requested and all with a smile. I even got treated with the best coffee you’ve ever had and a delicious Friday morning breakfast. Look if you happen to have problems with your windshield, this is the place to go.
