I discovered Accurate Windshield Repair because I had experienced yet another chip in my windshield from a rock! I decided to go with Accurate Windshield Repair because they held the highest satisfaction rating for this service in all of Baton Rouge! After giving these guys a call, it became clear exactly why that is the case! Mr. Rick was as personable and friendly as they come, and there’s no other person I’d rather entrust my truck to. I told him about a time I got a chip in my new truck’s windshield in Alabama that I was charged nearly $200 to repair. The chip that Mr. Rick repaired today was close to the chip that occurred in Alabama and I can say emphatically that Mr. Rick’s repair from Accurate Windshield was a much cleaner repair for a fraction of the costs!!! The spot that was repaired from Accurate Windshield is almost entirely unnoticeable! If you’re in the Baton Rouge area and in need of windshield repair, look no further! There’s no other service I’d rather recommend to my friends and loved ones in Baton Rouge! I cannot be more happy with the repair done on the 2 windshield cracks by rock chips on my new car's front windshield, one of which has a fairly large round air pocket sustained in the laminated double layered windshield. The highly visible pocket literally disappeared after the repair. Rick was prompt and very courteous. Highly recommended. Within the last year, his Google listing was "hijacked", with his business address somehow changed to another windshield repair outfit in New Orleans. It took him a while to correct that and re-establish his business name with Google search. However, this reset and wiped out all the high/stellar reviews of his business on Google that he has accumulated over the past several years. In other words, he has to start from scratch to rebuild his reputation.

Rick (company owner) came to my home within about 75 minutes of me contacting him to fix a small chip in my windshield. He was professional and very friendly. He handled the insurance claim and was very efficient with the repair. The entire process, from him calling my insurance company when he arrived to finishing the repair, took about 30 minutes or so. The chip is now barely noticeable, and the repair has a lifetime warranty. I will keep his business card (presented with candy, such a nice touch!) use Accurate Windshield Repair myself again in the future if the need arises, as well as refer him to others. Excellent small business. This was a much superior experience than the one I had with a big-name company a couple years ago. Couldn’t have been any easier. Thank you, Rick!

Rick (owner extroardinaire) of Accurate Windshield Repair is literally the only thing that made getting a rock chip in my windshield not such an awful situation. He was quick to get me scheduled, responsive to my questions, did beautiful work, and had the best price point of anyone else I called. He also makes everything super easy by coming to you. (He came to my work so it didn't disrupt even a second of my schedule!) He is also one of the nicest people I've ever met. He doesn't have a physical shop anymore, so don't go to the address on google. Just call the number on his listing and he will get back to you with a time he can come by to fix you up. I called Accurate Windshield Repair this morning after reading other positive reviews on Google. Rick was at my home and working on my car less than 45 minutes later (as promised). He was prompt, friendly, professional, and did a great job. Rick called my insurance company as the resin was drying; by the time the repair was complete, the claim had been submitted and approved by my insurance. This is the first time I've ever had repair work done on my windshield, and I've heard plenty of horror stories with other companies. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work Rick completed, the conversations we had, or how effortless the entire experience seemed. Thanks so much Rick-- I highly recommend you!!

Pleeease do yourself a favor and call this company for your windshield repairs!!! I had a crack on my windshield that had been growing in length over time. Rick drove out (almost immediately after I called) to patch it up, but realized I probably would need a replacement instead of a patch. Instead of charging me for driving out and doing a temporary fix (for a windshield I would have to replace entirely very soon), he explained the situation and didn't charge me a dime! The amount he would have charged was less than half of what Safelite charges, not to mention he was very pleasant to chat with. I trust this guy 100% and he would be my first call and recommendation for anyone who needs to get a windsheld fix!!

Update**- 3 years later and Rick is STILL THE GREATEST WINDSHIELD REPAIR OWNER! He is always there when I call, comes to my work to do the work so I don't have to take any time from my day and the results are amazing. I tell everyone about him! Please look no more further if you need any windshield repair work. Can’t recommend Rick enough!!! Called him up late yesterday on my way back from a long roadtrip and he drove to my place the next day for a chip repair! By far the best priced compared to other places I’ve researched and he did a fantastic job! Rick will definitely be my go to guy for future chip repairs!!! Don’t hesitate to give him a call. Last time I waited that small chip turned into a large crack costing me hundreds to get the whole windshield replaced. Rick will get that chip fixed up in a jiffy, so you won’t have to worry about it spreading! 5 Stars all the way!

Rick came out to my work place and fixed the crack in my windshield. He made me feel much better about the situation and took care of everything. While no windshield repair makes the crack 100% invisible, the repair that he did was the best I had ever seen. I called Safelite a few years back and Rick's repair is much better and cheaper. The crack is completely smooth now and a fraction of the size it was before. Fast, courteous, and friendly. I'd recommend Accurate Windsheild repair to anyone in the Baton Rouge area.

Who knew getting my windshield repaired would be the best part of my day? Rick was fantastic. He came to my location exactly on time and did an excellent job on my repair. (Which really surprised me because I didn't think it could be fixed and would have to be replaced.) I can barely tell there was a crack there now. Amazing work!!
