Poor Customer Service: A Disappointing Experience. I contacted the company to replace my windshield, and initially, they were attentive but quite insistent on having me hire their service. They even offered the convenience of performing the service wherever I was, which seemed great until then. After the windshield replacement, I noticed a scratch on the glass and, upon mentioning the issue, asked if it could be removed. Ashley didn't show much interest in resolving the matter, but her husband assured that he would take care of it. They promised that, a week after the replacement, they would buff out the scratch on the glass, but it's been two weeks and it still hasn't been done. Furthermore, I contacted them several times via message and phone, and although they scheduled three times to do the buffing, they didn't show up on any of them. Now, they simply stopped responding to me. Therefore, I don't recommend this company to anyone due to the poor customer service and lack of care in the services provided. It's worth noting that they don't perform the windshield replacement themselves; they outsource the service to another company.

Only reason I’m even giving the 1 star is because i can’t leave a review without it. Had a back windshield replacement and they literally got glass everywhere inside and outside of the truck along with leaving parts filled with glass in the bed of the truck and between the cab and bed of the truck, and when calling to ask about why they left glass everywhere they were rude! Well they did clean up after themselves but they tore the fabric on both sides right around eye level when sitting in the vehicle, after scheduling a time they never showed up and said car trouble, which is fine except it took over a week for my windshield to come in apparently starting the day after the first appointment to install it...

Just watched their driver drive on the shoulder to go around traffic at a traffic light. Then intentionally run a red light at the next intersection. If they are this careless with their driving how careless are they with the rest of the aspects of their business?

My friend brought his GMC Sierra in to get the back window replaced. Left broken glass all over the back seat. Left old window seal with glass on it laying in the bed. Don’t recommend unless u wanna get cut cleaning your glass up yourself

I had a great experience with this company. They installed a faulty windshield on my jeep, but met me at a convenient location after hours to fix it for me. They are very prompt, respectful and professional.
