EXTREMELY AWFUL SERVICE! i dont even write reviews but this shoupd be noted.Made an appointment with Christian for her technician to come out friday before i had an out of town trip. I made arrangements for my wife to be home at the time she told me her tech would arrive. 2 contact numbers were given to her incase of any changes to be made. The tech did not show up (at all) Christian nor the tech made any attempt to reach out to us and explain that the appointment could not be made at the date and time promised (no further explanation nor a reschedule date was given). I then tried several days later to reschedule the installation of my back window of my pickup truck. She once again took my info as well as as confirmed the appointment. Arrangements were yet again made for someone to be here with her tech. She then again calls back to inform me that cannot install the glass after all. Very big waste of time and resources. Very helpful and friendly for quick windshield repairs. They help confirm that your auto insurance will cover the cost. This is a small operation, so they are not always around, so it is best to call ahead and check first of you are not already nearby. As long as the damage is smaller than a dollar bill, most insurance will cover the repair. Larger cracks likely require the whole windshield to be replaced. I have used them twice for repairs due to rocks kicked up by trucks, and both repairs went very well.

Price quote was much lower than “national companies”, the technician swapped out glass as scheduled and completed the job in 20 minutes. I went to the little red hut at Perkins and S. Acadian, however, the tech said that could have come to my house or business parking lot if needed for no additional cost.
