Rite-Way Auto Glass

Back in April a rock damaged my windshield. I requested OEM windshield to be installed. Rite-way honored my request and ordered the glass. When it arrived in May it arrived damaged and had to be reordered. A week ago Allen, the owner, called me. He said that he was going thru the files and noticed that my replacement was still waiting on OEM. Allen patiently coached me thru manufacturing process and assured me that he could get it done with same quality glass. Steve the installer arrived promptly at 8am and installed my glass. Please thank the sweet lady in the office for taking care of the details. Allen you and your team are amazing.

This place is AMAZING! I needed to get a particular window on my car replaced, and Riteway didn't have it. Alan (who was super friendly and helpful) called around and found out that no one in the city had it (not even the dealership). The dealership said they'd order it and thought they could get it in the next day around 9am. Alan called them at 9am and they were able to get it in, so he drove a half hour to go pick it up, another half hour back AND replaced it on a day that they weren't technically even open. This kind of service is practically unheard of anymore. If you need your car window repaired it's worth it to come here. These guys are excellent.

My wife and I were on a road trip and had a side window blow out/explode on the highway. We called the major companies/competitors, and no one was able to fix it the same day, until we found Rite -Way. They were able to fix it within 2 hours, and we were back on the road. They even vacuumed out all the glass pebbles in the interior of the car. The bill was almost 10% cheaper than the big name companies. They saved us money and saved our road trip. Thank you. If we ever have that freak accident again, I hope it happens near one of their locations.

They are wonderful! Efficient, friendly, convenient, and honest. They went out of their way to make sure I didn’t spend more money than necessary. I came in suspecting that I would need to replace my rear panel of glass. They discovered a different issue that was causing my defogger not to work, so I did not need to replace the glass after all. Our windshield was shattered during the snow last week when a large piece of ice blew off a trailer truck and hit our windshield. We were 3 hours from home and needed it fixed quickly. I had a cracked windsheild so I called my insurance company and they had Rite-Way call me only 15 minutes after I got off the phone with my insurance. We set up a time the next day for the install and they even came to my work to do it. Everything said and done and the new windshield looks great! After talking with Alan Maupin, my installer, would trust them to do any of my 4 cars. Great service is hard to find now a days but this company has it! Highly recommended.

Went today to have my middle window on my old truck replaced. I had the window with me, since Ford has discontinued the OEM glass. Alan was the only one there but made time to see if he could get the glass to fit. Pulled truck in and had glass in and fixed in no time. Very friendly and kind. Best prices and services in town!! I came in on short notice a few weeks ago to get our rear-view mirror fixed because a different company replaced our windshield and when it came down they ghosted us and we couldn't get it fixed. The repair was quick even though I gave them short notice and it's still up today. They didn't even charge us ! How nice!
