I can’t say enough good things about Eddie at Affordable Windshields! My 2017 Ford Explorer Limited had a windshield leak and faulty A-pillars, which are part of a current Ford recall. Eddie replaced the windshield and addressed the defective A-pillars. Unfortunately, the replacement A-pillar covers came off within a couple of days, but Eddie was on top of it. He contacted his supplier, fought to get new parts, and despite being given a hard time and not reimbursed for the defective parts, he replaced them without charging me a dime. Throughout the entire process, Eddie was transparent, showing me issues I wasn’t even aware of, like my previously replaced windshield. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I just got my truck back, and everything looks great so far. I called in and was able to get a windshield and door window replacement same day. Customer service was unparalleled; they even went as far as to walk through a full sheriff's inspection with me since they knew I would be registering the out-of-state vehicle that week so I could go to the county clerk's office confident I would pass everything they looked at. Cannot recommend them enough!
