Update: if I could remove the one star I would. They did not seal my window correctly, causing a leak, which pooled water in the passenger floorboard under the mats unbeknownst to me. Only after that water completely corroded the wiring panel controlling my emergency break, causing it to slam on while driving.. and visiting two shops, did the issue come to light. They cost me $1500 in repairs, having to have the window removed and resealed, and a $500 detail to remove the mold from the vehicle. Use local shops, go anywhere but Satelite. Also, their “warranty” only covers the glass, not improper installation, so they weasel their way out of any responsibility. Absolutely horrible customer service. They no call no showed 3 times, and I just got a notice that they’ll see me in two weeks. I called multiple times and the manager was supposed to call me with a solution to their horrendous work quality, guess that solution is to schedule a 4th appointment 6 weeks after the first appointment was scheduled. Filed an insurance claim for the back glass on my Honda Civic. Insurance directed me to Safelite for the repair. I had an appointment scheduled, but the morning of I received a call saying they had "misplaced" the glass and that they would call to reschedule once they found it. That was almost a month ago and since then I haven't been able to reach anyone about it. I tried calling but never get through, and I even tried contacting Safelite corporate only to be told to call the store. In the meantime, my car hasnt been drivable. I'll have to go out of pocket to a smaller shop. Absolutely and utterly useless. EDIT: After writing this review, Safelite suddenly created an appointment AT MY HOUSE for 3 WEEKS from now! Not only was this incredibly invasive to pull my address and just create an appointment, but it was done without anyone ever contacting me. And it would have been over 7 weeks since my original appointment time! **2nd interaction (after 5 years) with the Paducah Kentucky Safelite** Incredibly fast and unbelievably easy process. Sunday= rock hit windshield on my way back to Kentucky from out of state. Monday= The teeny tiny crack had spread over 2 feet on my Cadillac. Tuesday= got online to Safelite, linked my progressive insurance policy and was quoted to pay $0 out of pocket for a $900 windshield so I schedule a drop off at Safelite for the next morning. Wednesday= I drop off my car at 8am and 2.5 hours later I get a text AND a voicemail that my vehicle is ready. I spent more time worrying about the process then what the process actually took. In a 12-hour window from starting the Google search to driving off with a new windshield and technology programming. It's just so nice to get to brag on a company in a time when it's constant negative narratives, it's just sincerely appreciated to be wowed by service. Amazing!

Very unprofessional crew. I was originally told a safe lite representative would be coming to our dealership to replace the glass on my Blazer. That appointment was scheduled for November of 2024 and we are now into January of 2025. I went down to their store yesterday and was told that the Manager would be calling me today. That didn’t happen so I drove down there on my lunch break for the third time now to see what was going on. I spoke with the manager about my situation and he said that he had a meeting at 1pm until 2pm and would be giving me a call right after their meeting. Still no word from the manager. I recommend if you need your glass replaced to find someone else. Safe lite if you see this you can cancel my order I will not be back.

The fact that they’re expensive doesn’t bother me, what really grinds my gears is the fact that I need a windshield on my Mazda SUV and they advertise that they go to you and put it on yet. Somehow they don’t service Cape Girardeau County Missouri. It doesn’t make sense I see their vans all over town Not only was the person belligerent and rude on the phone, but they told my wife when she called it later date that they didn’t service the heartland area, which makes no sense at all and they wanted $800 deposit for a window that should only cost 300. And then when I asked about the buy now pay later thing oh, we don’t participate in that and I said, but you’re not a franchise, and that guy slammed the phone down

This is the second time we've had to have our windshield replaced with Safelite at this location, and each time the service has been excellent. The wait time was just as they said and they were extremely helpful and informative. Their additional products were also very reasonably priced. This last time my wife arrived about ten minutes early and they got her started before the time her appointment was even scheduled for. Definitely who we will deal with in the future for all our windshield repair needs.

Actually didn’t do business with the local shop so I can’t rate them specifically, but my experience trying to get service done with Safelite, as an outside resident who hit a buzzard on the interstate… not good. I talked to someone who put me on hold, said they’d call back once they located a windshield then never called back… Jack Morris Auto Glass personally answered their phone, scheduled an appointment and were very professional, even if they didn’t have me schedule it online…

Safelite autoglass did an excellent job with the installation of my windshield! Scheduled the appointment with ease on the internet for the very next day to be installed at my home. Installer called that morning to update his arrival time and called again when he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional and had it completed in about an hour. Will definately use again if ever needed in the future.

Kept in contact. Called prior to arriving. Arrived exactly when he said he would. They filed with my insurance. Made things so easy. Recommend I use my insurance to pay when I didn't know the insurance would cover it. I was booking to self pay. Saved me bunches. I'm truly happy with the technician and his work. Been in downpours of rain no leaks. No trash left. Cleaned windshield thoroughly.

I was welcomed very kindly by everyone there, and The check in process was super easy and quick and the service itself was even faster. They had it done in just under 20 minutes. Afterwards the man had to point out the crack to me! And I still can't find it! They did an excellent job and I've recommended them to everyone and I will continue to do so! Excellent service overall.
