We have not had the glass installed yet on my wife's car but if you're ever needing to call and check out AAA make sure you ask for Brittany. Very very nice customer service. Willing to go outside the box to help get things taken care of. Around here that can be difficult from time to time. I'm giving her 5 stars because there isn't a sixth star to choose. Update to previous review: not only is Brittany one of the best people in the 2 years we moved here to help out to get our issues resolved, so is one of the techs named Thomas. My wife said she couldn't ha e been happier with his knowledge, his kindness and his ability to get the job done correctly, Mr Thomas ran into a small snag and to us seemed to have dropped everything he was doing and took care of our little snag. Since moving to the outskirts of Paducah Kentucky 2 years ago we really have never encountered such a amazing group of people and company to work with. Really gives us a great feeling if we ever need their services in the future we know without a doubt we will be in good hands. From my family to all of you thank you so so much.

My windshield was cracked by a flying rock on I 24 in between Nashville and the lake. Called my insurance agent and Linda at Holly Williams' State Farm recommended Jack Morris. Awesome service! I had to work the day of the repair so they not only drove to where my car was to fix my windshield,also drove to me at work to get they payment. I was extremely happy with the quick service and the convenient service. Only cost around $100 that is cheap. I have bought windshield before and had to take my car other places and it was more expensive. So now I have a different vehicle and it has a crack so guess who I’m calling to replace it?! Literally calling them after my post! Thanks

**2nd interaction (after 5 years) with the Paducah Kentucky Safelite** Incredibly fast and unbelievably easy process. Sunday= rock hit windshield on my way back to Kentucky from out of state. Monday= The teeny tiny crack had spread over 2 feet on my Cadillac. Tuesday= got online to Safelite, linked my progressive insurance policy and was quoted to pay $0 out of pocket for a $900 windshield so I schedule a drop off at Safelite for the next morning. Wednesday= I drop off my car at 8am and 2.5 hours later I get a text AND a voicemail that my vehicle is ready. I spent more time worrying about the process then what the process actually took. In a 12-hour window from starting the Google search to driving off with a new windshield and technology programming. It's just so nice to get to brag on a company in a time when it's constant negative narratives, it's just sincerely appreciated to be wowed by service. Amazing!
