Jack Morris an Auto Glass Now Company

My windshield was cracked by a flying rock on I 24 in between Nashville and the lake. Called my insurance agent and Linda at Holly Williams' State Farm recommended Jack Morris. From the first call to Jack Morris Auto Glass to the installation today, the folks there are delightful. Jennifer answered all of my questions and she is so professional! After the Dealership I service my vehicle at broke my windshield by setting an impact hammer down on top of it, and I was able to communicate with the dealership that I wanted only a genuine OEM part. My insurance company and Jack Morris Auto came together to bring me the genuine part that the dealership had in stock, to my driveway, pretty much the next day. The staff was very friendly! Let me see what was going on, did an excellent job of reinstalling a spotless new OEM glass and had it done quickly.

Fast and friendly. My new windshield has a vertical scratch in it. There’s a paint scratch where my roofline meets the windshield. There’s was a bunch of debris left on my dash (no damage, easy to vacuum and wipe up). Where the windshield meets the roofline the gap is twice as wide as the factory windshield. I guess that will be fine if it stays sealed up. They did another windshield for me a few years ago and did an excellent job on that one.

I would definitely recommend Jack Morris. They were very personalable and great to talk when making my appointment. Communicated the time when they were on their way to my house to fix it. They just repaired a spot on my windshield and i cannot even see where it was chipped . Great job . Ricky was the repair tech and this guy is awesome with the work he does. I used them before personally and with the company i work for. Kudos to Jennifer in their office . She does a super job. i can highly recommend their work

Fantastic service, friendly staff. They quoted the job and carried it out timely and without issue. Also handled insurance billing. Cannot recommend this business enough. They even taped up the window tightly while waiting for my install. Window is exactly the one needed and is perfect.

Just got my windshield replaced by them and they were all so friendly and it was quick. The fit me in even though they only had 2 guys to work on cars and the guy who I spoke with was super nice as was the woman, Miranda who I spoke with on the phone!

Golf ball broke sunroof and Jack Morris Auto Glass ordered the new glass and installed it. The car had no glass pieces inside the car when they were finished. Very easy to get into, friendly employees, and affordable. Thank you.
