Hi my name is Darko Hemrekovic I would highly recommend not to use this company ,once they install your windshield You better go after them and double check their work !my experience with them is horrible:( I realized a few months later my windshield started spreading apart. I called them and told them about it. Send them a pictures. They couldn’t see anything because it’s in top upper part of the windshield where the black strip is. . Two guys came out and they couldn’t see where the problem was. I had to show them that’s how non-visible that is but it is spreading all the way to the top windshield they took some pictures and they told me right away. It’s not going to be covered in a rude way. I called t Customer service and they said it’s not their responsibility to cover it I should’ve checked after them and reported the first time .like I said whatever they do for you better double check the work. if I could rate people like this, I would put them at zero please read the reviews before you hire somebody to do any type of work for you or double check their work after they done or you have to go through this ! When I spoke to Lee Nashia Haynes’s She couldn’t help me a lot, but she said the Denise the manager she didn’t wanna talk to me at all !

The work seems to be done well but the communication was decidedly lacking. The manager was doing the install was to call me in the morning to tell me when the windshield was going to be installed. I got a call and he told me that the rubber that is suppose to be with the glass did not show up and he was going to try and find another one and he would call me back to let me know when he was coming over. That was fine but by 5 pm I still had not heard from him I called the number I used to book the appointment and was told that he scheduled me till the next day. Since I sat at home waiting for him to call back from 10 am I was rather annoyed not to have been informed. They assured me he would be by the next day and would call me first thing in the morning to give me a window of when he would be here. No call came in the AM and I got a call in the afternoon saying he would be by in 15 minutes to do the repair. He did show up at that time and replaced the window but I notice there seems to be a gap that I can feel where the windshield meets the roof. Not sure its suppose to feel like that but so far it seems to be sealed right. I guess time will tell.

I do not enjoy giving businesses low reviews, but there just has to be some accountability. Having lived in the city and driving fairly nice cars I get a window broken out every 2-3 years it seems, so I have some frame of reference for how this should go and in my experience, this was the MOST unprofessional and slow service I have ever received. It feels like this company does this day and and day out so much they forget about the needs of the client. I did a little footwork and called the same supplier my representative told me they were using, who said it could be here 3 days before she said....I was then put on hold for 15 minutes, mocked and told inconsistent time frames of when my glass would arrive and she even suggested me just installing it myself. To say my representative was rude, incendiary and disrespectful would be an understatement. Then, after the weekend, they dropped me with my insurance company to another company... on a tuesday. I'll have gone 9 days without a passenger side window when this is all said and done due their arrogance and incompetence. I would not recommend their services.

Not sure I would recommend... they finally got it right the second time. Their scheduling is not the best. AM or PM blocks. Not conducive to your schedule. And, when they do schedule, it is for the wrong location (3x). Don't always come with all the right parts (trim and retainers)... i.e. they schedule, then postpone for no parts. My windshield had to be redone (complete second replacement) as it leaked like a sieve (vehicle is garaged, and limited weather exposure). First heavy rain, leaked severely. Luckily, no damage. They are very friendly. Dispatched from a corporate location in PA, then the local installers contact you. Good communication, but, wrong locations as were initially set up (i.e. at home or at work, what time span). Takes about 1-1.5 hr for a complete removal and reinstall. Car stays clean, no debris. Installer techs/manager very friendly and courteous (Jason Suggs).

Arrow Auto Glass is recommended by State Farm, GEICO, and Farmers as their #1 choice of glass repair vendors. Arrow Auto Glass came right to my house and did the repair in my driveway. They also coordinated the tech that handles the calibration of the sensors co located behind the rear view mirror. This car is the nicest thing I’ve ever bought myself. And I couldn’t even tell they had been in it. There are so many options when it comes to glass repair. This crew was like a NASCAR pit crew in my driveway. They’d done this a million times. It was so evident in their process. I’m confident that if you choose Arrow Auto Glass, you will be very pleased. Tell them Jeff from MAHI Outfitters sent you.

This was such a stress-free process. I called, and the customer service rep was so sweet and helpful! She scheduled me for a windshield replacement in the same week. My repair man’s name was Justin and he was also fantastic. He was prompt, friendly, and got straight to work. It didn’t take long to do and he made sure to give me all the warnings to ensure the adhesive gets to do its job...I also loved that they came to my home to do all this so I didn’t have to miss a beat for work! The initial experience was very good. The scheduling process, pricing, and friendly technician. About a week after the repair, I noticed the crack was more noticeable and had a clear mark around it. When I called the representative told me the repair can make the cracks look more noticeable. I don’t have a problem with the fact that it does that. But if I was told upfront I would’ve opted to replace my windshield instead of paying for repairs that do not diminish the cracks.

Martel Rose is the best she returns calls right away and takes the stress out of setting up your appointment and even handles getting your insurance taken care of. Kevin Smith is the installer that took care of putting my new windshield in and he was very professional and fast. I will call them for all my glass needs! Keep up the great work!
