I woke up to a very long crack in my Tacoma windshield directly in front of the driver's seat and I was heading out of town in 2 days, needing to drive it. I called Arnold Auto Glass, hoping for a ballpark estimate to compare, but I didn't call anyone else because his reviews were so good and because he was willing to go the extra mile to get it done same day (he only had a couple openings that didn't coordinate). The owner was very professional, explaining the process would include calibration to manufacturer specs, included a lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle, and that my insurance would cover it 100% in KY with no deductible. He handled everything quickly and the calibration was spot on because an accident occurred ahead of me upon my return home and the anti-collision alerted me to brake as it is supposed to (I was already braking). Thank you Arnold Auto Glass for a job well done! I will definitely recommend your services to anyone who needs glass repair or replacement for their vehicle.

Highly recommend!! I needed my rear windshield replaced ASAP due to upcoming rain and travel plans. Arnold Auto Glass was able to work me in at the end of the day! They do mobile work and they were willing to come to their shop after their last mobile appointment. They also went out of their way and tried to find me a lower price for the windshield from their vendors. They gave me about an hour notice that they were headed to their shop. Once there, I knew it was going to be a 60-90 minute job but it was done in about an hour so my wait time seemed like nothing. Ammar explained everything that was emailed to me and his instructions on what to do in the next several days were clear. I am a very happy client and would definitely come back if ever needed.

Above and beyond! Arnold is a man of integrity! I had 3 local glass replacement companies cancel, no shows. I called Arnold and he was patient, and knowledgeable about the products and process. Called Tuesday and came bright and early Wednesday morning. Other companies wait times were ridiculous. Replaced both front windshield and back window of my vehicle. Didn’t overcharge, process took about an hour. Very friendly and professional. You can tell he’s a family man. Also referred me to auto shop and they are quick responding got me in next day! I will highly recommendation this company! 11/23 update he came through again for me had crack in front glass, fast service, gave discount me discount!

I can't speak highly enough about Arnold's! They had my car model's glass in stock and were able to schedule me for the following day that I called. They even came to my work building downtown, picked up my keys from me, found where I parked my car (with my directions), replaced the glass, and returned my keys to me all in under 45 minutes. Other places estimate full windshield replacement to take at least 1-2 hours. I'm very impressed with the customer service. The man who helped me is named Amar and he had great response time and was very thorough and friendly. Having dealt with other windshield repair places before, I can say Arnold's is hand's-down the best option to use in town!

My experience with Arnold Auto Glass was fantastic! I needed a window replaced and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole experience. I was visiting from out of town and needed to get my windshield replaced because it was cracked on my roadtrip. I called the Audi dealership (I drive an Audi) and they referred me to someone else who said it would take over a week and then I’d have to take it back to the dealership for calibration…ugh. So I googled windshield repair and found Arnold. Arnold was easy to reach and great at his response time. He took care of the job quickly including the calibration and even finished ahead of schedule. I enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him and his great work.
