Triple Crown Auto Glass

So I have been driving around and I see the rubber molding of my front windshield flapping on the window..... I'm a single female so I'm like ok now with my luck I'm going to be riding on New Circle Rd and my windshield is going to fly off my car.... Anyway I call Safelight becauseI remember their commercial.... They tell me that the little flapping rubber can't be repaired cause it would be a liability for them..... they say that they have to replace the entire windshield... I say but it's not cracked.... they say it doesn't matter and they give me a quote for $241.00 if they come to me or $206.00 if I bring it to the shop..... so in between stressing I contact my insurance company and I tell them about Safelight.... they say thats ridiculous and recommend Triple Crown Auto Glass... I go to Triple Crown and no Glass Techs are in the shop.... The female staff member in the office was nice, she walked outside looked at my car, gave me a lower but close quote to Safelight but she said, "I believe it can be repaired, if you have a minute I will call a tech on the phone and let him advise us" She called Shane and it just so happened that he was right down the street from his shop and asked ifI could drive and meet him so he could she the issue himself.... So that was a fair deal.... I drove a half block, he looked ay it for s half a second, said, "I got you"... he wiped off my windshield with some cleaner, applied some form of adhesive, secured my flapping rubber piece, cleaned up his 2 minute permanent fix.... and literally saved my stressing behind....... I asked whay do I owe you and he said, that wad any easy fix of s minor cosmetic problem.... he did not charge me.... he did not try to beat me, the over reacting female, out of a lot of money, he was honest with me... he was helpful and considerate.... This type of honest and non greedy company is where EVERYONE should invest their money..... This company where I met "Shane" is where anyone who needs auto glass work done should go to spend their hard earned, American made money.... Triple Crown Auto Glass is "out to do right" by their customers...... There are not a lot of businesses left who just want to do good business.... and today they earned my respect..... and my business.....

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My window engine broke so I couldn’t roll up the window. They made me pay for the replacement part before looking at my car. They replaced it and it broke the next day. They said they would replace the part because it’s under warranty. When I brought the car I was there for hours. It turns out they had to remove the part, drive to the store for the free replacement all while I waited for hours. When I complained about waiting for so long with three kids they said they couldn’t fix it and to go somewhere else. Everything was a mess and an inch gap between the window and car. I made it home because my children were upset. I called and complained that they needed to give me a refund since I’d paid hundreds of dollars, hours of my time and left with a broken window. They sent someone to my house instead and said it was unfair to them that the window was still broken because they would lose money. The window still didn’t work and I was told they needed a code for the car to fix it and they’d stop by in a few days to fix it. I called after a week and they said there isn’t a code and they can’t fix it. The only way to get my money back is to bring my car so they can remove the part. So I spent hundreds of dollars and my window still doesn’t work right. It also now makes a really loud noise when the car locks and the lock is broken. My car won’t stay locked and the alarm goes off every time. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever hard. Stay far away. I’m in worse shape than before I went in.

Extremely frustrating experience with Triple Crown Auto Glass. I've had to use them for three windshield replacements over five or so years as my insurance company directed me to them. All three replacements were on the same vehicle and the first two were done at my location. No mention was ever made about the need to calibrate the safety system after replacement until the third windshield replacement. So I had been driving around for several years without a properly calibrated safety system. Also on that third replacement, I showed the guy an accessory power wire that I had professionally run that came up between the windshield and the dashboard. When I got the vehicle back after the replacement, the wire was gone. When I asked about it, they told me they didn't see a wire and that I needed to go back to where I had that wire installed and find out how it was run. Keep in mind the wire was on the dashboard and pointed out to their employee when I dropped the vehicle off. That's just very poor customer service to put that back on the customer to fix the issue that Triple Crown caused. I'll be having a discussion about alternatives with the insurance company if I ever need another windshield replacement. After someone did a hit & run to my parked van, and shattered my side view mirror, I called Triple Crown to give me an estimate. I was choosing to pay out of pocket rather than deal with my insurance co and possibly make my premium go up. The owner Shane was very compassionate and understanding about the unfortunate situation and was even able to give me a great deal on the repair. This was the 2nd time I have used Triple Crown in the last year. Back in the summer my windshield was cracked by a rock flying off a truck. I had excellent and professional service from them the 1st time so it was a no brainer to contact them for this latest mishap. If using your insurance co their office takes care of everything for you. No hassle there! They even came out to my place of work to do both repairs in my work parking lot which was so convenient! The repairs were done super fast and both sets of glass look good as new. Owner Shane Perry is a pleasure to work with. Wow! What an awesome experience! I especially have high standards because I worked in the industry for 4 years, so I was surprised that my insurance company had setup an appointment with Triple Crown instead of Safelite, and I'm so glad that they did. Morgan was my glass technician and was a real professional in both mannerisms and workmanship. I felt relieved that I didn't need to stay and watch or micromanage durning the installation and instead could focus on my work. My windshield looks perfect and I couldn't be an happier. I really appreciate how easy it was to setup my appointment which was quick and easy. Great company to do business with, I highly recommend them for glass replacement. My experience was awesome and very much exceeded my expectations. Delivery quality and peace of mind with the convenience of coming all the way out to where I live, which is very rural.

I'm a car guy through and through. Triple Crown was great in helping me confirm the replacement glass was the identical replacement spec for my M3, had no problem having me spec the actual BMW part number for the molding (versus aftermarket piece) and I agreed to pay the $9 difference. Came out to the house today to replace the glass. Shane, the owner, did the work, was great! Very professional, cleaned the glass, picked up every spec of materials (adhesive tubes, labels off new window, etc) and the replacement looks as though it was installed at factory, exactly what I was after. Glad they were on "the list" that the State Farm coordination company approves for replacement, great job Triple Crown! ADS

Called them yesterday and left a voice mail about my cracked front windshield... Contacted State Farm this morning that no one had contacted me back... Called again to Triple Crown.... No answer... Let an hour go back called again no answer.... Contacted State Farm again letting them know the company they wanted to to use to replace my front windshield had not contacted me back and was too busy or was not answering the phones... State Farm contacted them and they claimed they would call me right away.... No Call... 2pm on Monday still no call back... Went with Safelite which I have used before and had no issues! Sad! At the very least I would expect at least a call back..... Nothing!NegativeProfessionalism

I cannot say enough of how good of a job Triple Crown Glass has provided for me today. Mason himself who works for Triple Crown has come out to my location where I am working at to make it more convenient and took care of the whole issue and problem and a very timely manner and was very informative, with all the details that could follow as to warranty and anything coming up with a problem in the future to let me know that it would be taken care of with just a phone call and that’s really appreciated. So if you’ve got Glass issues with your vehicles at highly recommend you call this company right here and if you can get Mason on the job then you got a dang good job done. Incredible work! Our service tech, Chris, did a great job with our vehicles and was able to complete both incredibly quickly. He noticed some rust around the seals of my back glass as it was needing replaced and took the time to grind down the rust to prevent future issues at no additional cost. He really took the time to make sure everything was done right the first time. I could not thank him enough for being so honest, observant, and hardworking! Triple Crown also worked very well with our insurance (Allstate) as well, and made the process easy. We were even able to get appointments within 48 hours! You can tell they really care about each client. Awesome work. Would highly recommend!

Triple Crown Auto Glass repaired my cracked Totyota Highlander windshield at my home this morning and I couldn't be happier with the service. I called my insurance company who recommended this local company to repair the glass. A representative called me within 30 minutes of me calling my insurance company to schedule a date/time for repair. The timing of the repair was set for Monday at my house. The repairmen called me 30 minutes before they arrived. They were polite, quick, and efficient. My glass looks like new, and the money was easily covered by insurance. No forms to fill out or money exchanged . An excellent company and service!
