I recently purchased a vehicle and when I finally got to go pick it up I realized that it had a cracked windshield it was already paid for so I decided to keep the vehicle but was told in order for it to actually pass inspection I would have to replace the windshield that was after 4 pm yesterday July 12. I was frantically calling around different places to do a quick install after calling 5 different places I came across CENTRAL KY AUTO GLASS and not only were they the cheapest they were also the soonest available. Dylan the young man who came to install my windshield was so professional and he did the windshield in less than an hour. He spoke highly of his boss and that’s something you don’t see regularly. I’m not an easy person to impress but I was totally impressed with Dylan’s work along with his attitude. So I never do these reviews but I’m so impressed by how well DYLAN did on my windshield that I just couldn’t keep quiet about it. Hands down the BEST and most professional company I have had any experience with! Yesterday, my windshield randomly cracked completely across due to the extreme cold weather and nigh heat from my defroster. I called my insurance company immediately. They recommended safelite… I scheduled an appointment with them but quickly turned right around and canceled that appointment and called Kentucky Auto Glass instead! And I am SO happy I did! I spoke with Sean (Shawn? - not sure on spelling) several times in length yesterday morning and he was SO professional, informative, considerate, kind and overall SO HELPFUL! He scheduled an appointment for me right away and was even going to have it replaced within hours on the same day, but we decided that today would work best due to icy/snowy/cold weather and timing. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the absolute first class professionalism of this locally owned company and their INCREDIBLY KIND & professional technician who drove far away from Lexington and all the way out to my house at 10 am in 20 degree weather. He called me, showed up on time, answered any and all questions I had; he was polite, professional and had my new windshield replaced within an hour! WOW! Just absolutely amazing! Donnie was my mobile technician and has 31 years experience. I highly recommend him for your glass work/repairs & replacements! I am so THANKFUL for this AMAZING & PROFESSIONAL company and of course, Donnie and Sean! I highly recommend Rite-Way! Had my windshield replaced by a competitor several months ago which went terribly. Right-Way took my insurance info and set a date to get it done. They called ahead like promised and showed up on time. The technicians were both very professional and explained everything clearly. They replaced a windshield on my Subaru Outback and had it calibrated in the field in about one hour. I will definitely be calling Rite-Way again if I should need a windshield replaced. Great service and communication.

The tech Charlie was great! He came out at 8:10am and was done before 9am. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to be happy to be there helping. I was out of state on vacation when my windshield cracked, and I started the process then. I scheduled the appointment for when I came back home thinking it would be difficult. It wasnt at all! They filed my claim for me through my insurance, sent me information on the process before my appointment, and gave me multiple ways to contact them in case I needed to reschedule or had questions. The tech even explained that with the new windshield i would be losing one of my jeep easter eggs before he did the replacement to make sure I was informed and could request the easter egg windshield before he began working. It would have been a pain waiting on it and it was explained that it would cost extra, and I honestly didnt care that much about the little hidden sticker; however, it was lovely that he noticed it and mentioned it to me. Great work, I absolutely recommend!

So I have been driving around and I see the rubber molding of my front windshield flapping on the window..... I'm a single female so I'm like ok now with my luck I'm going to be riding on New Circle Rd and my windshield is going to fly off my car.... Anyway I call Safelight becauseI remember their commercial.... They tell me that the little flapping rubber can't be repaired cause it would be a liability for them..... they say that they have to replace the entire windshield... I say but it's not cracked.... they say it doesn't matter and they give me a quote for $241.00 if they come to me or $206.00 if I bring it to the shop..... so in between stressing I contact my insurance company and I tell them about Safelight.... they say thats ridiculous and recommend Triple Crown Auto Glass... I go to Triple Crown and no Glass Techs are in the shop.... The female staff member in the office was nice, she walked outside looked at my car, gave me a lower but close quote to Safelight but she said, "I believe it can be repaired, if you have a minute I will call a tech on the phone and let him advise us" She called Shane and it just so happened that he was right down the street from his shop and asked ifI could drive and meet him so he could she the issue himself.... So that was a fair deal.... I drove a half block, he looked ay it for s half a second, said, "I got you"... he wiped off my windshield with some cleaner, applied some form of adhesive, secured my flapping rubber piece, cleaned up his 2 minute permanent fix.... and literally saved my stressing behind....... I asked whay do I owe you and he said, that wad any easy fix of s minor cosmetic problem.... he did not charge me.... he did not try to beat me, the over reacting female, out of a lot of money, he was honest with me... he was helpful and considerate.... This type of honest and non greedy company is where EVERYONE should invest their money..... This company where I met "Shane" is where anyone who needs auto glass work done should go to spend their hard earned, American made money.... Triple Crown Auto Glass is "out to do right" by their customers...... There are not a lot of businesses left who just want to do good business.... and today they earned my respect..... and my business.....
