I recently purchased a vehicle and when I finally got to go pick it up I realized that it had a cracked windshield it was already paid for so I decided to keep the vehicle but was told in order for it to actually pass inspection I would have to replace the windshield that was after 4 pm yesterday July 12. I was frantically calling around different places to do a quick install after calling 5 different places I came across CENTRAL KY AUTO GLASS and not only were they the cheapest they were also the soonest available. Dylan the young man who came to install my windshield was so professional and he did the windshield in less than an hour. He spoke highly of his boss and that’s something you don’t see regularly. I’m not an easy person to impress but I was totally impressed with Dylan’s work along with his attitude. So I never do these reviews but I’m so impressed by how well DYLAN did on my windshield that I just couldn’t keep quiet about it. The owner Josh did a great job on replcing my wife's windshield. He came to her office and had it done in no time. Great quality as well. A true man of his word. My wife’s new car had developed a crack in the front windshield. I reached out to the owner Josh and he had everything set up to replace in no time. He unfortunately fell ill on the day of install. However, instead of rescheduling he made sure one of the other technicians completed the work ahead of schedule. These guys do great work and take pride in what they do. Sunday morning at 12:30am someone broke into my car in an attempt to steal it. They shattered a window to get into the vehicle. Between the awful weather, rain and potential future break ins I stressed about getting my window replaced especially since insurance wasn’t going to cover it. Thankfully the people at Central Kentucky Autoglass called all over town to find a glass for my car since most places were out of stock. Thankfully their hard work paid off and found one for me. I dropped my vehicle off with Jose who had my car turned around the same day with short notice. I couldn’t thank these any more. Window looks great, has oem stickers and gives me a piece of mind for a great deal. Safelite wasn’t going to get me in until a whole week mobile or in store, which is understandable with appointments scheduling but these guys made it happen! Not only did they respond to me and get things scheduled on their day off they made it happen quick. Definitely give them a chance.

Central Kentucky Auto Glass made a process I thought would be really stressful super easy. The person I worked with over the phone helped me all steps of the way including helping me submit a claim to my insurance. The technicians that were sent out were awesome and made me feel really safe and comfortable. I can with 100% confidence recommend CKAG they were amazing to work with. Although I hope my windshield doesn't crack again, life happens and if it does happen. They will be the first people I call about getting it repaired. I also got a quote from them before I did an insurance claim and even without an insurance claim it still would have by far been the most affordable option.

Josh has some of the best customer service I have ever seen! When my windshield shattered (due to natural causes with the amount of solid ice on my car), he followed up with me and even offered to come cover my car until he was able to get the glass ordered! I have never had someone care enough to offer that. He was extremely attentive and just an all around pleasure to work with! Especially since I was very stressed about my car! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Josh was easy to communicate and responded quickly even when I text him after business hours with my questions. I had called other local companies and was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to get my windshield replaced. I called Josh on Thursday and he said that he could come out on Monday. That delay was only because he had to order the glass. And he had my windshield fully replaced within 30 minutes of arriving! These guys are speedy, informative, and friendly. I called Josh for a driver side window repair. He was quick to respond to my questions and helped me navigate the insurance review process with my insurance company. I also needed to replace the side mirror at the same time and he even did that install for me as well since he already had the door panel off. I would recommend Central Kentucky Glass to anyone, especially those who like to use local contractors over the big national companies that insurance companies want to force you to use. These guys are awesome! I called on a Friday I think, and they immediately had me on the phone with my insurance company, making arrangements for a new windshield. Josh, the intake manager, told me the windshield would be in Tuesday and they would be there to install it. It all went according to plan, and their installer was awesome! Loved Josh's work ethic. He looked at the windshield and said it could be replaced free of cost. Explained everything about insurance coverage especially available to Kentuckians.
