Auto Glass Plus

I initially went with my insurance company’s primary provider (a national chain), but after three frustrating trips, paperwork errors, and delays, I decided to look for another option. That’s when I found Auto Glass Plus -a regional business, not a national brand. From my first call, the difference was clear. I spoke directly with Amy, who immediately took charge, coordinated with my insurance, and confirmed my appointment. The technician, Shawn, was flexible and professional, offering to come to my office or handle calibration in their convenient local shop. The service at Auto Glass Plus was prompt, the staff was friendly, and the waiting area was comfortable. Best of all, the cost was exactly the same as the national chain through my insurance. The product (a new windshield) is the same, but the customer service and experience were far superior at Auto Glass Plus. If you’re in Elizabethtown, know you have a choice-you won’t be disappointed with Auto Glass Plus.

I've had the run around from 3 other companies in Etown (a mechanic and 2 body shops) trying to solve the mystery of rainwater flooding my floorboards. I went to AGP to have a water test done because I was previously told by another company that I had an issue with my windshield seal. SafeLite wouldn't even test it because it wasn't their windshield, they just wanted to do a full replacement. AGP ran a water test first thing and quickly discovered that the seal in fact was not the issue, the windshield was completely fine, but that the drains were clogged (and some blocked by a mechanic's previous attempts to block mice from accessing the blower motor). They efficiently unclogged the drains, and the water released immediately. I'm so glad I went here first instead of trusting the whim that the seal was bad. The fellas at AGP were very nice and thorough. I will definitely return here if I have issues in the future! The ladies up front were also very kind!

I had a very disappointing experience with Auto Glass Plus in Elizabethtown, KY. I brought my car in to have the glass replaced, and when I picked it up, I noticed noticeable scratches on the paint near where the work was done. When I brought this to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or even just listening respectfully, the staff became immediately defensive and accused me of causing the damage. Not only was there no apology, but their attitude was rude and unprofessional. They showed zero accountability, and it was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. I understand mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what separates the good ones from the bad. Unfortunately, Auto Glass Plus failed miserably in that regard. Additionally, since they prefer to communicate through text I have receipts. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their vehicle or expects basic customer service.

The technician that came out to do my old car was 100% right for the job. My car LOOKS PERFECT better than the last install done by another company. If you want your glass done RIGHT and not paying a arm and leg GO HERE. BEST GLASS SHOP AROUND, trust me i called around, some even telling me it would take weeks to get my glass, THIS PLACE GOT MY GLASS THE NEXT DAY.

The business is busy so schedule your appointment sooner than later. The technician analyzed a leak from my rear window to be a drying seal. He quickly removed the glass, cleaned the glass and the frame, reapplied the sealing agent and replaced the glass. The work looks great and I didn't have a leak during the last downpour.

They were great to deal with, the insurance company not so much. They came to my wife's work and replaced it. They had to recalibrate the lane departure warning system so the whole process took about 45 minutes. Excellent service and they were very polite.

The address that i had to pick up from is around the corner. Its a warehouse that I picked up from. Quick loading. The dock is on the inside the warehouse so u have to back into a garage door. Set it and you will go right in.

Would recommend checking them out before safelite they had cheaper prices and was able to get my truck in the same day where safelite would have taking a week because they were backed upPositiveQuality, Value

They received my windshield claim yesterday and installed my new windshield today. Very friendly people. The new windshield looks great. I recommend them to anyone needing a new windshield.
