If the damage is severe enough they will replace your glass, and if you paid first for a repair, and you're not satisfied, they will apply the repair price towards your replacement. Huge selection of glass on site, many brands including OEM. They are fast and friendly, with experienced technicians that will treat your vehicle like it's their personal vehicle. This place honestly aims to please, and they go above and beyond for costumer satisfaction. If you have a car that you love and care about, DON'T trust it to one of the local "Billy Bob Glass Repair", you'll regret that. Nobody else can offer a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, against defects or stress cracks, they will replace your glass for free, and if the install causes damage, like a water leak, they are known for taking responsibility if it's because of the installation. Good luck getting that at some local shop. Safelite is not just a local or national brand, the company is worldwide, and operates internationally. So it's definitely safe to trust their reputation.

Buyrer beware!! They can quote you everything on the website, however they leave out the recalibration fee which most modern cars will have. I found it odd how many times the website said recalibration fee will apply, but would not give a price. I called the local office and in about 5 seconds she could give me a price. $495.00!! Almost doubled the windshield cost. Told her no wonder you didn't want to disclose it upfront. RIPOFF. I called another local autoglass company and total price was $350 less. Everything quoted upfront and honest, like it should be.

My technician, Mark, came to my home to install a new windshield after damage from an ice storm. He was both personable and professional and the installation was flawless. The experience of working with him was absolutely positive. I also had several interactions with his manager, Thomas, at Safelite in Elizabethtown due to complications with the insurance process. Thomas was equally professional and polite. I experienced absolutely no issues with Safelite during my installation. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass service.

Best glass repair company around! My windshield got busted out by a big piece of metal Friday morning on the highway, I called and reported it to insurance they transferred me to safelight they told me to bring it in next morning, I explained to Mark I lived almost an hour away so please let me know when its done asap so I can plan to come get it. He told me he would have it done by 5pm and I dropped it off at 9:30am. Mark called me at 11:30am and told me he rushed me in because I live so far! They were so fast and efficient! THANK YOU MARK!!

Lucas came out to install our windshield today in Columbia, KY and was amazing. Efficient & professional- after a negative experience at another location this was such a relief. the manager (or scheduleder I m sorry o didn’t get his name) at Elizabethtown helped us reschedule a few times because of weather conditions, gave us options and both the gentleman were very communicative, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Using Safelite for a new windshield on a 2021 as their preferred provider with our insurance. They came to replace our windshield and brought the wrong one even though they had our vin number and all the vehicle information. So we're still waiting, driving around with a broken glass and waiting for the proper part to come in. Tried to get an update and was told I'd get a call back with details and call still hasn't contacted us.

I dropped off my car to replace my car windshield. The OEM windshield was ordered correctly and replaced in a timely manner in about 2 hrs. Technician Lucas did a great job. I got a call once the windshield work was down. Once the appointment is booked, safelite does a great job sending email about appointment reminders, completion of work and receipt. Highly recommend their service.

Absolutely awesome customer service and craftsmanship. I had an appointment to get the windshield replaced in my 2011 FJ Cruiser, which is not a fun task for anyone, and they were quick and made the process painless. All parts were replaced with factory fitment, including the top windshield plastic, which is color coded army green from the factory. I will be a returning customer!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. HANDS DOWN THE BEST location for glass work! I was treated extremely well when I came in for my windshield replacement. Coffee was readily available.
