2014 Highlander. Broken rear passenger window. Called Bryan yesterday. He confirmed having the window and his price was the least expensive in town. We set a time for this morning and they were punctual, professional, efficient, and friendly. I support local. He and Austin arrived at my home and cleaned and serviced the window track, placed the window, confirmed excellence, vacuumed my car, and cleaned up my garage. These two did this in 25-minutes. Veteran-affiliated business.

Recently I was in passing thru Franklin Kentucky on Vacation When a Large Turkey hit my Windshield on the drivers side of my R V. Not knowing anyone from the area I Googled for windshield replacement. Thankfully Infinity Auto Glass Was there. I got Bryan on the phone. He told me when no one else could find a replacement Windshield it would be one week to get the windshield. I was unable to drive my vehicle. I found a local R V Park to store my RV while waiting on glass. We met at Rv Park and discussed Pricing. I left my Rv In Kentucky Gave him the Keys and rented a vehicle to go home to MS. When glass came in he promptly replaced it and told me job was finished. Today I Flew to Kentucky met with Bryan and Austin to retrieve my Rv. Not only was was everything Professional Done l was happy that everything was done just as they told me. I would highly recommend them as Professionals. Thank you Infinity Glass. There's a reason why Bryan and his crew have 5 star reviews. I own a trucking company and my driver had a cracked windshield. There was a snow storm coming in and my driver was in bowling green to pick up a load later on that night. I've called around 10 places to see if they can take him in and the best someone could do is take him in on Saturday. He would be picking up and going to his next location and that would not be possible. I didn't want the crack to get bigger and have him wait around for the weekend. Bryan was able to take him this morning and got the work done quickly. My driver's pick up location was only a mile and some change away and now he can get the rest he needed for a full drive schedule. Discovered a gem of a place this weekend pass. Called Infinity Auto Glass, in Bowling Green, Ky. Saturday on 7-13-2024 my passenger side window would not go up. Needless to say I was in a panic. Searched on line for repair shops. Infinity Auto Glass was one that I found of 10 shops. I called them, they were about to close, but gave me an appointment for Monday 7-15-24. I read the reviews and they were all wonderful. I drove by so I would know where exactly they were located. Arrived at the scheduled time. The reviews were all correct they were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. That address the window issue and had it working properly in fairly short time. I 100% recommend this place located at 127 Dishman Lane Unit B1 Bowling Green KY 42101 Thank you both for the outstanding service. Will be going to your business for all my window needs.

I called Infinity to replace my windshield (Nissan Pathfinder) and was pleasantly surprised that they could come to my home the next day! The 2 gentleman that arrived were quick, effective, courteous, and communicative. They didn’t even wake the baby napping in the room right in front of the car being worked on. Cost wise they are competitive and fair, they come right to you and didn’t take long at all. I had called several big name companies for windshield replacement and this one was the only one that had an actual person answer and schedule immediately. Will use again and recommend for anyone needing great, fast, reasonably priced, and polite work done.

Infinity auto glass did an amazing job for me and explained everything that was going on with the windshield and the sunroof. I highly recommend this company if you need any sort of glass work done. They are very nice and worked with me on a good time to come and get the work done, eventhough it was in a Saturday. I was so surprised they were open that day. That makes it very convenient for people that work throughout the week. Thank you Infinity auto glass for all of your help.

My driver side window wouldn't roll up until I came across Infinity Auto Glass and they fixed it! Turns out the switch was bad. These guys were so kind and honest and extremely reasonable in price. They even ordered the part on Amazon for me because I don't have Prime and they do. That alone saved me about $170.00. Then, when the part came in, they came to me to install it! If you ever have auto glass issues, go to these guys. You will not be disappointed!!

Giant ,Thank you for doing excellent work INFINITY AUTO GLASS ,cleaning 🧹out the broken glass 🪟& replacing my back windshield AND , WE LITERALLY CALLED THEM YESTERDAY.. they got us in TODAY 😁. I had my passenger side window broken into and Bryan and Austin were outstanding to work with. They were fast, kind, professional and did top notch work. I ultimately ended up using them after being on hold with a competitor’s corporate answering machine for 45 minutes. These guys answer the phone and provide quality service ASAP. I will be using them for any auto glass needs going forward.

I would give 10 stars if I could!! Brian and Austin were absolutely amazing to work with!! I will be recommending Infinity Auto Glass to everyone I know. They were vigilant in locating a hard to find back glass for my car, super efficient, very affordable and just all around great guys!! They made a very stressful situation easy to deal with and I could not be happier with their service!!
