I had them come out to my job within 20 minutes My window was done I asked the technician. Did I need to test drive vehicle to ensure that everything was properly installed and no air leaks. Or anything the technician said no that his work has never been an issue and that he is the best in this particular area and he's never had a problem. Also, he had cut too much of the stripping out. And so sit leaks massively in to my car to the point where rain is coming in also. I recommended that I stay-a-while at my job to make sure that the seal was properly sealed and everything, would be fine i tried to call him within 5 minutes after he left, to sew if he could come back. I feel he was in a rush because I was just last stop and it was close to 5 o'clock.. I was told it would take 2 hours to install.it took less than 30 minutes and I try to call him over and over within 5 minutes after he left, he never called never text Adriana call Safeway they will close. I had to wait to the next day we had a massive storm my dash got wet, so yes, it was a massive in convenience to me. I don't recommend them. Faced off of their service Tech that came out he was more or less wontly macho, and have a house self-esteem by saying that he' the best around this area in that nobody's ever had a problem with this work. So I recommend you looking around and getting quotes at other places because with technician bing this way, I don't need someone macho I just need someone to work on my vehicle and take some time to ensure that it's work is professionally done, and also allow the driver to drive the car to ensure that everything is at satisfactory. Thank you for listening

I was really disappointed with my experience with Safelight. I previously used them at other locations and had a positive experience and was expecting the same, but that was not the case. When I originally scheduled the appointment, they canceled the day before because they didn’t have the windshield in stock. Not sure why they scheduled me if they didn’t have the windshield. They rescheduled me for three weeks out, which was fine, but when that appointment rolled around, they called me to cancel the appointment an hour after the appointment window began to say that the windshield they ordered came damaged. To reschedule again, they gave me a phone number that I called twice and left two voicemails, with no return call. I had to call customer service and go through a few levels of options to find someone who could help me. I rescheduled again, and the day before that appointment, they called to say that they could not find another windshield. They canceled my appointment, and offered no help to source a windshield. When I asked what I should do, they recommended that I look at junkyards and source a windshield myself then have them install it. To summarize, I understand that my specific windshield is hard to source but the lack of foresight and assistance when it came to rescheduling my multiple appointments was extremely disappointing. For reference, I ended up using Triple Crown in BG and they sourced a NEW windshield an hour after I called them.

Yo I have nothing positive to say about this experience or company. After telling me in my scheduling that there is a glitch they know about, they scheduled me incorrectly. I called back immediately and had my appt scheduled for the 5th. When I drove an hour away to the appointment, the staff were dumbfounded about my appt, despite my referencing a text and explaining I was told to go here. The dude only showed that he was a living human when visibly excited to correct me that I was in the wrong place after I told him I drove from Nashville. I offered to share with him my text/email about booking bowling green on purpose due to nashville being overbooked, but he was more concerned with shrugging me off and saying 'i dunno,' 'we don't have the parts,' over and over. no solution. he then proceeded to give me the wrong number, and told me he was the 'shop manager,' when I asked if there was someone else I could speak to. After finding the correct number myself, another staff member joked on that call about the glitch like they hadn't just wasted my Saturday. I would recommend using any other company, this group is so monopoly-esque they do not care about individuals. I would also recommend your staff wear uniforms, not wife beaters covered in mud and grime; they do not need help looking like they've no idea how to talk to a guest. i literally just wanted my windshield fixed, this is not rocket science.

I hate to leave only a 4 star. Because my technician was absolutely wonderful. But to whoever sees this, it’s really a 4.5. There are tabs at the base of the windshield that stick through the rubber seal that is keeping said seal from sitting flush. This will allow water to potentially get up under the windshield. But more so, it just looks bad. I’m hoping they’ll come and fix this soon. I had to keep pushing my date back because of inclement weather…so having to get this fixed is a tad inconvenient. Other than that, still recommend them to anyone! My technician was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would still personally give him a 5/5. Just the job a 4-4.5/5. Edit: I’m retracting my last review as the issue was not with the business but with something I did and didn’t realize after the technician had left. I have hood mounted pod lights that needed the cowl cover removed to install them. Removing it again (because saflite was sending someone out to fix said problem) I figured out that I messed up. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful, friendly and quickly canceled my “please fix it” call. 5/5 saflite! Thank yall so much! And sorry again to Jesse if this came back to you, you did great man!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband's windshield had a rock hit it, and it had a big crack that spidered out. After taking it to Safelight rather than have them come to him, because of the overhead projection needing reset, he had his windshield replaced at their store. After he left, he noticed the heads-up display on the dash was all scuffed up. He immediately went back up there, and they attempted to divert responsibility, but he had pictures he took in their parking lot, prior to the repair. (BE SURE TO ALWAYS TAKE BEFORE PICS) After much back and forth they decided to have a leather repair guy attempt to fix it (which he did attempt to, yet it still looks bad) i seriously question how bad it will look in a year from now. My husband has a very nice luxury car that there are only a handful of them in the states (flew to LA to get this car) The lack of care and the fact that they even placed all the components (wipers and metal pieces) on top of his car after removing the windshield further proves their lack of concern for your vehicle. Definitely take your car any place else!

One of the most unpleasant experiences I've had with customer service was with Safelite. I needed to replace my windshield and reached out to them. Kayla informed me that they had ordered the wrong part and needed to reschedule my appointment. I agreed to the rescheduling. However, when the Saturday replacement date arrived, they informed me that the part had not been delivered and that they needed to change the appointment again. It's important to note that my original appointment was at 7:00 AM. Later, Lydia called and said that the part had arrived, even though the technician had mentioned that they would not receive the delivery that day. Only Lydia seemed to know how the part suddenly appeared. She offered me a 12:00 PM appointment, but I had another commitment at that time. I called back immediately to request the same appointment time, but she then claimed that all the technicians were busy, despite the website showing availability. If they could change the appointment multiple times, I don't understand why I couldn't change it once and have them accommodate me.

Very displeased with Safelite. I took my car to them for a windshield replacement and it had to be calibrated as well. I took vacation to go to this appointment. Upon arriving, no lights were on on my dash. After they get my car and I wait about an hour, the employee tells me my car didn’t pass the diagnostic scan and all the lights on my dash were on and the car threw about 20 different codes. They told me bc of that, the car couldn’t be calibrated and I’d need to go to the dealer to get my car repaired before I could replace my windshield. Which is insane, right? I made an appointment with the Honda dealership to repair my imaginary issues so I can get a new windshield, and wouldn’t you know the dealer ran a diagnostic scan and there were ZERO CODES SHOWING AND NO ISSUES. Thanks, Safelite, for wasting my time and money and I STILL DON’T HAVE A NEW WINDSHIELD.NegativeProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

I needed a window replaced on my car and Safelite was able to come out and replace it within a couple of days. I waited until the next day to drive the car. When I rolled the window down, I noticed it rolled down a lot slower and then as I rolled it back up, there was a screeching sound. If the window is rolled down a little while driving, there is a popping noise. I requested warranty service due to these issues and all the guy did was roll the window down and told me it is the window regulator going out and they had did their part right. I had ZERO issues before this replacement. He said his manager would follow up with me before the end of day and that didn’t happen. I’m completely dissatisfied with the service. ***Looking at the poor reviews (which I should have done before), all of the responses to the complaints are sorry a$& apologies and thanking them for their feedback. This company is horrible. Stay away!***

So easy to schedule through the website for my sons front windshield to be replaced. I did reschedule due to the freezing temps and snow. We live in the sticks and had gotten over 6 inches of snow. I didn't want the technician to have to deal with that too although I did receive a message right before I rescheduled that he would be here, that's dedication 👏 👏 👏 Ryan showed up early, replaced my sons windshield and it looks fantastic! I hope I never have to get another car windshield/window replaced but if I do, I'll only use Safelite! I have to add, Ryan even found the key that my son put on the ground BY the front tire 😆 My boy is young and has since learned that it was supposed to go ON the tire. Props to him for finding the key too 😅

The worst experience I’ve ever had. This company rescheduled my appointment four times. On the last attempt, they promised to arrive at my home by 8:00 AM—only for me to later find out that was never possible, as they’re based in a completely different city. I rearranged my entire workday and personal schedule for nothing. To make matters worse, their customer service was completely unhelpful and only added to the frustration. But the worst part? During their visit, they damaged the heads up of my Land Rover, and now they’re refusing to take any responsibility for the damage caused. I’m currently in the process of pursuing legal action. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
