Decided to try this shop because they offered good prices and had good reviews. I called shops in multiple states and they were the best on price. The repair itself was fast and they got to me quick. For a walk-in appointment, I thought I would have had to wait longer. The repair results are ok. The chip was not filled all the way, so there is a small hole that’s not flush with the windshield. They did improve the appearance of the chip, but you can see where they drilled the chip to fill it. I’m knocking them a few stars because they damaged my ceramic tint. I called the tint shop and they said the only thing they can do is replace the film. I have to give them some credit for not adding insult to injury by charging me for the repair. However, I think they should have offered to fix the tint. I came in with a $40 problem and left with a $100+ problem. I’m trying to be nice and giving them some benefit of the doubt, because I know it’s not common to have windshield tint. However, it’s such a bummer to have this happen on my new car and new tint.

I had my windshield in my 2008 Wrangler Unlimited and the windshield in my wife's 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe replaced about 3 month ago by a guy recommend to her. We noticed both started leaking within the first month. You could push on the inside of the windshield on both vehicles and it would move almost half an inch. I honestly didn't think the guy sealed the windshields when he installed them. I took my Jeep to The Windshield Shop and they sent a installer to my wife's work and we had our windshields replaced Professionally! They told us whoever put the windshields in sealed them but didn't scuff the glass before installing them and used cheap China glass. Basically the molding was all that was holding my wife's windshield in. Could of turned into a really bad situation. Especially since she travels often for her job. These guys were very Knowledgeable and very Professional and very Polite! I mean Extremely Polite! Thanks for your Service! We definitely found a Shop where we will be returning customers! Thanks!

I recently visited The Windshield Shop to replace my damaged windshield, which had a big crack running across it from one end to the other. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with professionalism and efficiency that exceeded my expectations. Kenny, a genuinely kind and knowledgeable individual, guided me through the process with and made sure I understood every step of the way. The team at The Windshield Shop not only replaced my windshield efficiently but also provided top-notch quality work. The end result was impeccable, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend The Windshield Shop to anyone in need of windshield services. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, coupled with their expertise, sets them apart. Thank you, Kenny, and the team, for your outstanding service. You've earned my trust and recommendation without a doubt!

I had my windshield replaced here as a part of a deal Eddys Toyota set up for me. (The vehicles windshield had a few chips and needed replaced). When I got my truck back, It was the worst “professional” install I’ve ever seen done. There was black glue all over my vehicle and windshield, broken glass all in my interior, they scratched and chipped paint all around the installation location and even dented a place. The glue that holds the windshield in at the top was hastily put on and the seals weren’t installed correctly. (I had to personally re- Seat both of them). I would not recommend this business unless you don’t care about what’s mentioned above. Go to SafeLite and spent a little extra for some quality work.NegativeQualityServicesAuto windshield replacement

The price wasn't bad at all! The people were friendly and the place was very "home-y". I had an appointment early in the morning and when I got there, the employees were not even there yet. That was a little downer. So I ended up having to wait about 30 minutes for them to arrive to replace my windshield. About 30 minutes later, they started working on my windshield and I was so surprised at how fast they put it on. I think it only took them about 45 minutes, an hour max! And I was expecting to be there for a good 2 hours. So I was really happy about the labor time. All in all, it wasn't a bad place. The people were friendly, the place was nice, the timing wasn't too bad and the price was pretty good!

Speechless. 1000x recommended. Top notch and top quality. Showed up at 8am hoping to get in . I didnt have a appointment mind you . Plus with it being summer . I was very nervous. The gentleman at the front counter was so helpful and inviting. Told me to come back around 2pm. Working with them is always a great experience. Professional, fast , easy. Cheapest pricing around wichita or they will match it as close as possible. They keep you informed about the progress. I will always go there for windshield! Got my car back 2 hours later. No problem hassles free. Love them so much my home church is going to switch over them as well now . Keep your small business alive ! Thank you !!!!

We had an appointment for 8 AM, we were told it would take 2-3 hours. We left to go run some errands and came back at 10:30 to see that our truck had not been touched yet. We had an appointment scheduled for 8 AM and we were told that they work on vehicles for the people that sit in their lobby before the people’s vehicles that leave the building. That’s messed up. Then don’t: 1– make appointments 2– tell me that it will be 2-3 hours and not mention I have to stay there. Edit: This is exactly what happened during our experience. It is not exaggerated or false in any way. You have made yourselves look bad.ServicesAuto windshield repair

They did an amazing job on my windshield! But the front desk lady was kind of harsh and rude to me.. I told her over the phone when I scheduled my appointment that I would be waiting in the waiting room and she said that’s fine. When I asked her during my appointment if where I parked my car was fine she said “yes, are you waiting?! You need to tell me that you were waiting, I thought someone was picking you up!” When she knew I was sitting back there in the waiting room. The way she talks to customers is very unprofessional. The guys did great on my windshield though!PositiveQualityServicesAuto windshield replacement

They replaced the front windshield glass and rear window seal on my truck, the guy behind the desk took the time to explain why the back window was leaking and how they would repair it, and what to expect in the short term and long term after the repairs. This was on a Saturday and although they seemed to have a lot going on, my truck was still done in a very reasonable amount of time in spite of the fact they had to get a windshield from the other side of town (the glass they had in stock was apparently damaged). I had a very good experience with these guys and would use them again.

The little lady I spoke to on the phone was an absolute sweetheart and was really willing to go above and beyond to help me out. I was dealing with a specific windshield for a 73-87 Chevy K5 Blazer and I had part numbers that had been superseded. She took the time to help me and to get me exactly what I needed and even was willing to pre-order it for me. I highly recommend this business to anybody who needs a windshield. As an automotive shop owner I can honestly say that this business is customer service is outstanding!
