Very professional company with awesome service. I had to get my windshield replaced and was only there about 2 hours from start to finish. They have a waiting room with tv they allow you to pick whatever u want to watch and a loaded drink/snack machine for while u wait along with an exceptionally clean restroom for guests. The best part was the instructions I was given upon leaving because the last place I had a windshield done on a different car never told me any of it and it actually caused problems with that car. So I definitely will recommend these guys to anyone in this area!! Not to mention they were the least expensive of all the surrounding shops!!

Gave me a honest price up front and why they are cheaper than most shops.The father and daughter duo came out and changed out windshields for 2 vehicles is a little over an hour in the heat. Had some minor issues with the bracket and mirror on my wife’s car (not their fault), but they came by everyday and on holiday weekend until it was right. I usually love the work that is done here. I have recommended this business to a few people needing work. Today changed that opinion. Requested a quote last night and got a response first thing this morning which was amazing. I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in a couple hours later. Shortly after they started the work on my car the person at the desk comes up with the trim from my car and says that it was cracked before the tech started and broke when he took it off. They didn’t come to me and say that it was cracked prior to the removal like most shops do. There was no offer to get it fixed. Just saying that the tech would “try” to glue it back(which he wasn’t). Not even an apology for the mishap. After the job was done the only thing that was said about it was that the tech wasn’t able to glue it back and the pieces were in my car. After I got in the car it was clear that they didn’t clean it after installation. Finger prints on multiple spots and rings from the suction cups used to put the glass on place. I’m not upset that it broke. I’m upset because they should have told me it was cracked prior to the tech attempting to take them off and the excuse that it was cracked prior to them trying to take it off. Not the way things should have happened

With the recent blizzard we found as we getting ready to take my husband to his medical appointment that our windshield was cracked from one side to the other. After talking to our insurance company we scheduled with Safelite AutoGlass for a repair the next day. That was great! Yet as the weather continued to create an obstacle for safety systems which needed to be recalibrate. We had to reschedule the service two more times. The service was completed and we appreciated the ability to reschedule. Our son took it to the shop and waited while the work was completed. In great time. We are happy to have our car working safely now. We have never had to deal with a damaged windshield before so this was a good experience. I recommend Safelite AutoGlass for repairs.

I had my windshield in my 2008 Wrangler Unlimited and the windshield in my wife's 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe replaced about 3 month ago by a guy recommend to her. We noticed both started leaking within the first month. You could push on the inside of the windshield on both vehicles and it would move almost half an inch. I honestly didn't think the guy sealed the windshields when he installed them. I took my Jeep to The Windshield Shop and they sent a installer to my wife's work and we had our windshields replaced Professionally! They told us whoever put the windshields in sealed them but didn't scuff the glass before installing them and used cheap China glass. Basically the molding was all that was holding my wife's windshield in. Could of turned into a really bad situation. Especially since she travels often for her job. These guys were very Knowledgeable and very Professional and very Polite! I mean Extremely Polite! Thanks for your Service! We definitely found a Shop where we will be returning customers! Thanks!
