I usually love the work that is done here. I have recommended this business to a few people needing work. Today changed that opinion. Requested a quote last night and got a response first thing this morning which was amazing. I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in a couple hours later. Shortly after they started the work on my car the person at the desk comes up with the trim from my car and says that it was cracked before the tech started and broke when he took it off. They didn’t come to me and say that it was cracked prior to the removal like most shops do. There was no offer to get it fixed. Just saying that the tech would “try” to glue it back(which he wasn’t). Not even an apology for the mishap. After the job was done the only thing that was said about it was that the tech wasn’t able to glue it back and the pieces were in my car. After I got in the car it was clear that they didn’t clean it after installation. Finger prints on multiple spots and rings from the suction cups used to put the glass on place. I’m not upset that it broke. I’m upset because they should have told me it was cracked prior to the tech attempting to take them off and the excuse that it was cracked prior to them trying to take it off. Not the way things should have happened

Very disappointing experience at this business. My husband was so excited to get the windshield replaced in his old truck today, only for them to cause further damage in other areas. The headliner, while old, was in perfect condition before the windshield was replaced...when my husband got it back, it was ripped and torn very noticeably. The dash was cracked before, but from their negligence, whole pieces and chunks came out and it looks far worse now. When my husband asked for an explanation, they kept dismissing it by saying "the headliner already needed replaced/was old" and the dash was "already cracked." So basically, if your car has any existing flaws, they'll make them worse..because, why not? It's already flawed. That's their logic. The headliner will now cost more to replace than the windshield did, when we wouldn't have had that expense before they ruined it. The $20 refund we got is not going to help that. I would advise you pay the extra money and use a more trustworthy and caring business that won't cause you more expenses down the road with their negligent behavior. Guess I know where we will spend the money we saved by choosing these guys.

Utter and total incompetence. I'm not sure how this place is still going. I ordered back glass for an older car. It had to come from a salvage in Salina. I understand that, these parts are hard to get. It took 3 weeks to get from Salina to Wichita, despite being quoted 3-5 business days. This was after the part was located and ordered. When I pulled out of the parking lot, I noticed something very odd about my sounds ( music ) . It was too hot to be bothered. The next day, I found that my speakers were blown out and the bass setting on my stereo had been turned all the way down, perhaps to initially hide the fact from me. I am more upset about my sounds then the random rock thrown that busted my window to begin with. And Brandon, the guy at the front desk, his words, " I don't know, I don't know anything " . So many times he said this to me, about the process of ordering, installation, etc. I haven't mentioned my concerns about my speakers, because I couldn't touch base with them well on glass , which is supposedly their specialty. So why bother about speakers, right ? Bottom line, find a different company to place an order with.

Terrible customer service from the owner to the workers no communication whatsoever making up new rules while on the phone. I asked for a manager because on the first called he hanged up on me so I was already upset about that and that they never confirmed my appointment never texted back or a Call. I was going to just take the vehicle in since he said I could but I had to be somewhere at 10:30am so thats when I called the second time back to reschedule thats when he said he was asking for a $50 dollar deposit I asked him did you just made that up he said I had 4 people not showed up today so I told him maybe if your workers confirm appointments you wouldn’t have that issue. Started arguing his competition is not open Saturday and blah blah I asked for a manager he screamed he owns the business and he did not want my business there hahaha you are going to run that place down with that attitude you are not the only one in town I will happily take my car somewhere else during the week not a issue at all. Terrible customer service since the first time my Husband took his truck a year ago and I see nothing has chnaged!

Safelite will come to me for $265. Last year this place quoted me around $200. Should of did the repair then, as then when I call today, guy who answers phone on speaker? doesnt give his name either, not great customer service..says I should go with other place bc duties on everything has went up. Guess you lost my business over $40/50. Your other reviews say this is largest windshield replacement place im town...well that must be a lie if you're trying to gouge people or charge more than safelite who will come to me. This place i guess has changed and not for the better. Higher prices. lower customer service. I was willing to do business if you could of done it for a couple bucks less than safelite who will come to me. I was willing to take time out of my busy schedule to take one of my cars by and drop it off you guys could work at your speed no rush or oversight. I guess I will take my business where it is valued. Learn how to answer a business phone, not on speakerphone where it's harder for me to hear you. Also maybe being more competitive with prices would keep you in business longer.

My name is Robert, I brought an infiniti qx60 in there yesterday to do a windshield replacement. Process was easy, replacement was fast, and seems to have been a good job. No complaints there. Issue did happen though today. Today I found a small nugget of marijuana on my dashboard. I called them to inform them and after getting a couple we are toi busy to deal with this calls, I spoke with Brandon. I don't know who Brandon is and requested to speak to whoever is running the place (he couldn't do that), but he believes it not an issue with a paying customer finding illegal drugs in their car after trusting them to perform a service. He said "I don't know why this is an issue, if it's s such an issue why don't you just brush it out?" All I was looking for was taking accountability and an apology from these guys when I first called but that is not going to happen. This is a pure example however of how you can do a great job but if you treat the customers like their replaceable, you can surely start finding that replacement because I won't ever go back again. 0 stars.

These guys are scammers DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!! Went to get driver door window replaced. Everything worked perfectly before we took it. They said they are not able to replace it since the power window motor was broken. After deciding not to get it replaced we were then told that they are able to install it but the window would still not roll up or down, so we agreed. I then removed the door panel to replace the so called “broken motor” and the wiring harness to the motor was disconnected so I plugged it back in and the motor does work. But I took a look and the cables from the window assembly were cut. So the motor was not bad and they cut the cable purposely to try and sell me another part that was never broken in the first place for an additional $200. I even went back to get an explanation and they admitted to cutting them and apparently I’m not the first, but was told that they can’t do anything about it and it is what it is. AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I went there to replace windshield (which I was referred by another customer) Process was very simple and easy. Everything looks ok up until a week later we got bad snow storm and water leaked inside and I had water damage on interior. I called them about leak they ask for me to come in. The customer service was not that great very blunt and rude and didn't seem to really care " just bring it in". They found leak and backfilled it however left spot of black sealant all over windshield and spot on my interior and roof interior which is a light tan. Went back in and was given a wipe to clean it. Which did not clean it. I would not recommend. Fast forward 4 months later. I'm still disappointed. They apparently did a patch but once again it's leaking. More water damage

The owner of this business is just terrible. The windshield they installed was done incorrectly and the owner would not correct the problems. It was installed off center and rubbed against the dash. Even his installer stated the windshield needed to be removed and reinstalled. I cancelled the charge with my credit card company and the credit card company agreed, reversing the charge. This guy obviously did not build the business. He either bought it from someone, or more likely, inherited it. He has no concept of customer service, or standing behind his bogus warranty. I would not recommend this service to anyone. His reputation with other companies in this field is not good. Let's see what "lip service" he pays to this!

We took our van there to have a new windshield. They replaced it and everything was great. Then a few weeks later the seal came off. Guy I spoke to was very nice and friendly and said bring it in. They fixed it right away and didn't charge me. Then a few weeks later it came off again. Called and explained and the lady got nasty with me and gave me a ton o f attitude. She scheduled me Then Called the next day(day of my appointment) and asked if we had extra warranty to cover it or what we were doing. My husband was done with how we were being treated. We won't be back! Won't recommend this place either!
