Weighed service, I took my car to change the windshield and they ended up damaging my car and apart they did not answer me for the damage, and yet to this the attention and treatment of all the staff who work there is bad attention, they are rude until they ended up running me out of business just to demand my right to guarantee. I do not recommend it at all very bad service in all aspects. I don't understand how there can be people who play with people's needs. Those who started with the screams and insults were you, you were rude to me and you never wanted to help me solve, apart from this my car was damaged by you because you did not know how to install the glass , I went for my guarantee and you did not solve anything, and rude were you from the beginning, you should have professional ethics and learn to treat the clients because if a business works it is thanks to the people we go there to do us a job, from the beginning they evaded responsibility I was sent to a diller and they even told me to send the car to be calibrated, as the car did not calibrate because they damaged the sensor they realized that it was your fault they started to treat me badly so as not to comply with the warranty at any time I was disrespectful just ask for my right to warranty.

I must say, my experience was outstanding! From the moment I called to get a quote, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They provided me with a reasonable quote and I headed over to their shop. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, ensuring I was informed about what to expect and how long the repairs would take. The service was impressively fast! I was in and out in no time, which is a huge plus for anyone with a busy schedule. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but the quality of the work was also top-notch. Additionally, their prices were very reasonable compared to other shops I had looked into. It’s refreshing to find a place that balances quality service with affordability. Overall, I highly recommend this auto glass repair shop to anyone in need of quick and reliable service!

Highly recommend! Vandals smashed in my car window again. Fourth time in a year! I knew how tedious and how expensive it was going to be from prior experience. I was bummed. That's when I called the Mobile Glass company in KCK. They got me a same-day appointment. Not only did they replace the glass but they vacuumed out my car as well. I stayed in the air conditioned waiting room with a TV show on for an easy 45 minutes. It was clean and I felt comfortable. I know vandal smashing windows happens to a lot of us often in the West Bottoms and down town. I have already recommended them to the other people in my building and would for anyone reading this review. They are just on the other side of the river and took me 6 minutes to get there! I was unlucky enough to have a rock hit the windshield during the holidays. After checking with several other places they had the best price and seemed to be the most honest. Of around 10 places one of only 3 that checked the proper windshield based on my VIN. The price was less than half of the most expensive and some places charged nearly as much as they did for "recalibration" alone. Great guys came out from Mobile Glass LLC and replaced my windshield in my driveway in under an hour! It has been perfect for months.

I called Mobile Glass as one of many after discovering my back window had been busted overnight in downtown KCMO in my building lot. They were able to get out to me within a hour or so of my call, vacuumed up all the broken glass from my car, and replaced the back window. The guys that came out to do the work were super polite and quick! The easy going and helpful attitudes were greatly appreciated after a stressful morning. The price was also super reasonable!

I call Sunday night to leave message. I couldn't leave a message. The next day Monday morning a gentleman called I couldn't hear him I was at work. I call back. He got me appointment the same day. The price worth it. And it was worth the wait. The people are friendly. Thank you so much for getting me in and taking care of me and getting my car back in good shape. I will go back to them. I recommend them to my family and friends.

The price for a windshield including insulation was the cheapest out of the 10 quotes I received. Bernice (receptionist) got me in same day and called me when it was complete less than a hour later. It is the perfect location to wait, as there is plenty to do. Have a bite at Slaps BBQ, cold beer at Chicago's or coffee at Splitlog Coffee. Great customer service and professional installation. The team here are extreamly friendly and knowledgable. Their prices are more than fair and half the price of the big and glass companies that are advertised all over the internet. Quite literally less than half the price. They offer on site in kansas city kansas or mobile service. They accept cash app, cash, zelle. If you need to pay with card call ahead because only the manager can do those payments.

The first time I went to Mobile glass, I was very impressed. I had to go there a second time to fix another window that was of course broken out on the Plaza. The second time, they left broken glass and didn’t finish the job. I bro ur it back when I had time because I realized they didn’t finish the job and they made we wait two hours after I even scheduled the time to come in. So disappointed…

Very late on leaving my review but I apologize, however, called them for a replacement windshield, they had availability. I then pulled up, gave them my keys, was in lobby for maybe an hr looking thru morning news, then they were done!!! Went to car, very premium glass, and even put a new rear view mirror in for free!!! This was the 8th one I called that morning, I definitely recommend...🏌‍♂️
