Avision Auto Glass

Normally a company with such a high rating scares me a bit, but Avision really delivered a 5 star treatment. They were easy to reach, quickly offered an all inclusive quote with no surprise costs thrown in after the fact like some shops like to do, was easy to set up an appointment with, and was here on time. The work was clean, they communicated everything well, they were professional, and I've had zero issues with all of the cars safety equipment after they recalibrated it (since the window was replaced). I am so impressed with Avision and the quality of their operation. I would recommend them to anyone!

After calling around and asking for quotes, I found Avision Auto Glass thru yelp. They responded to me immediately on a Saturday. After they gave me a quote, I had to ask and confirm a couple of times because it was by far the best and lowest price. They even said they would come to my house to install it and could get me in the following Tuesday. Service was outstanding and the windshield looks great. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I ever need a windshield replacement or fix, they will be the first I call.

I will start by saying the employees are very nice and easy to communicate with. I did have issues with the lack up clean up after installation. I had caulking on my hood in two places, on my driver's door, two glass chips on floor mat, shavings of old caulking all over dash, and some other residue on arm rest. I only had had this car for 1 week, so a little attention to detail in clean up would be appreciated.

Avision Auto Glass will be the company I trust for a windshield replacement in the future. The techs showed up on time, the whole process was quick and painless. Kyle and his partner were friendly and professional. They didn't upsell me and the quoted price was significantly better than anyone else in the KC Metro area. Skip the slogan guys and go with the local pros. Thanks again for all your help.

Exceptional service! He was fast to respond, answer, and problem solve when we needed to move the car appointment. He was friendly, fixed it crazy fast, had the payment method easy and ready to go and then left! The repair looks amazing, it was all very professional!!! 100% recommend, the price was super reasonable and service was perfect.

Fantastic experience! They were super quick to respond and I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. They did a great job at a really hard to beat price, and depending on where you are, they come to you. This was all done in less than an hour at my work today. What a wonderful experience! Avision has now popped to the top of my list for Windshield Replacement! They were much less expensive than all the others, and they met me at Black Hoof Park where I was able to relax kayaking the lake as they replaced my windshield! We have 3 cars. I will definitely use them again!
