Go with them if you don't mind being sketchy. After meeting up at another company's waiting room, replacing my glass off-site, giving some stranger my keys to drive off with my car, the big Hispanic guy said he wants cash only. Otherwise, I can Cash app him. I gave him what cash I had. Because I couldn't access the rest, the big guy followed me to the bank on his big truck. When I couldn't access my money from there either, they took a picture of my credit card, driver's license, and license plate. Next day, I got paid and Cash app Derrick the rest. He said he never received it. He started texting me all day until I asked him to meet up the following day. He said, "We'll be there." Two days after the replacement, I met up with the big Hispanic guy with two of my friends, just on case. He looked at my Cash app and, after consulting with Derrick, said that I "sent the money to Junior." Now, after deleting my information from and uninstalling the Cash app, I'll need to report my credit card as well. Like I said, sketchy.

MIDWEST AUTO GLASS Stole $500 from my elder 86 year old mom they never came back to replace window on her truck ; The owner Derrick kept giving her the run around on date the crew was coming , but everytime was a no call no show; she even went to location to get her money back the man says Derick does not work there, however she had went up there previously to set up the appointment at same location . The city says this window repair business is not licensed . DON'T use this company they take advantage of elderly, is not a licensed , and will give you the run around. If you do use them dont pay until service rendered they will take your money.

I had a local customer in KC, KS that was needing their front windshield chip repaired and I called Midwest Auto Glass, since they were just a few miles away from the truck (I prefer using local companies to keep the work in their community). The gentleman answering the phone, said, call back in the morning. I called back today 03/01/2024 and i got hung up on, then when i called back, got pushed to voicemail. Seemed to me, he did not want to help a local customer in his community (5 miles down the road). Word of mouth advertising is the best, just saying.

This company has the poorest quality and lack of safety concern for the customers. By their operation standards. They wouldn’t pass quality control for any insurance recommendations. They should not be in operations at this point. They ghosted me and have to answer my call or returned it. Protect your sanity and family by not coming here. Their service went from fixing a chip to creating lasting damage of my car.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

Had them install a windshield on my truck and it unfortunately leaks. They refuse to try and reseal it and are telling me to pay them another $200 so they can install another one. They will not be getting another dollar from me ever again and nor will I ever refer another person to them. There are many other reputable automotive glass companies to choose from that stand behind they're work, this is certainly not one of them! Beware!!!!!ServicesAuto windshield repair

I had to get my window replaced, brought my car here and while they were replacing it the window cable came off and got jammed, he sent me home with the inside of my door off and the window taped up so it wouldn’t fall down, told me he’d reach out and let me know what time to come back the next day then quit taking my calls. We ended up just having to figure something else out.

1.5 hr late on scheduled appointment. Scratched the paint removing windshield. Said they’d fix it with primer like it wasn’t a big deal. Smudge marks all over glass when they left. And I was left to clean out all the pieces of rubber and glue they cut out from previous windshield. Glue dripped all down the console onto the thermostat controls.

They kept my appointment, and did the work quickly in the time they said it would take. Very friendly and are clearly experts in windshield replacement; and at a fraction of the cost of some of their competitors.
