B-rite Auto Glass & Calibration

Called on a Wednesday for a window install and was quoted a good price with an installation date on Saturday morning at 10am - at his request. Saturday came, and was a no show. Texted, called, left messages, with no response at all. Dude wouldn’t even have the audacity to tell me he couldn’t make it- with or without an excuse. Always heard of good things from this company, but never again will I reach out to them. It was uncalled for and not to mention I spent several hours on a Saturday waiting for nothing. NOT RECOMMENDED FYI: I reached out to you directly. You have my number. See the photo I attached that shows you’re the one who requested to install on Saturday. Again, I did my part, you just couldn’t hold up to yours! I even tried to contact you the day after to see what was going on, and you left me on read. Its good though, I took my business elsewhere.

Absolutely loved my experience! Super down to earth personalities with the ability to be real and honest. I didnt follow through on an appointment time and Walter was very polite and respectable about letting me know that he would still gladly take care of my services but if it happened again he couldnt help me and i honored that about him. Time is valuable. He sent two of his workers out to replace my window right in the parking lot of my work and it didn't take them hardly any time at all to have my car up and going again. I've not been here, sorry Google has it wrong. However I called for prices on my Nissan and haven't bothered calling any one else. Not possible to find it any cheaper. The one star was accidental boss. My cheating wife/ex-wife made trips that Way. With that being said, I Couldnt give ya five stars for services rendered now could i. Especially If that's where Google GPS actually pinged my location, due to the fact that Ive not physically been there as I previously stated with the one star and live about 45 minutes away. I should probably be thanking ya and many others. Lot of stress off of me now. 5 stars it is.

After our windshield was hit by a rock from the dump truck driving in front of it, we needed a new one. After contacting our insurance, and receiving an estimate for $1500!!!!! I decided to call B rite, and I was so glad I did! I was in total shock when I was quoted less than $250!! (I should probably mention that every vehicle is different, while some require calibration ours did not so it was much cheaper) I made the best decision for sure! They even got us in the next day and it took less than an hour to get it completed. I will never understand why our insurance quoted so much more!

I don’t typically write many reviews, but these guys deserve the 5 stars. Walter and his guys are professionals! They do quality and affordable work, and were able to educate me on what was required for my vehicle. He was able to quote my windshield replacement (hundreds of dollars less than other companies), drive out to me 30 minutes away, and do the repair quickly, all in a 24 hour turnaround! It’s awesome to still see a local business give their community an honest, flexible, and affordable option. I know who my first call will be if/when I need glass work done in the future.

Very unprofessional business. Called Oct 17th to have a windshield replaced, Price was fair and was told i would receive a call the next day. No call eve came. Around noon oct 18th i called and left a voicemail for it to never be returned. I was not overly worried as it was a small crack but knew it had potential to spread and of course it did. I sent an email to the company and promptly got a call to reschedule which we did for Nov 6th for them to only once again no show and not answer calls. I had since scheduled with another company as B-RITE is unable to do there job.

cheapest by a lot. these guys may be cheaper, but they deliver premium service. i had my windshield replaced with an oem on a 22 f150. they did the work in my driveway. i watched the whole event and i can say they put a lot of care and professionalism into their work. these guys aren't just newbies off the street making a buck, they know what they are doing. they clearly love doing great work and the customer is important. i can't imagine using anyone else. i fully recommend them.

Called to have a chip fixed in my windshield. Guy said he would be right over to fox it. It started to rain but never got a call back and he never showed. Called a second time that day and said he would be there at 1:30, never showed. Call a third time and he said he would be right over as soon as he finished the job he was on, never showed. I went to the business no one there and my call was not answered and never received a call back. Went out of town and had my gas’s fixed.

Had small rock chip. The nice lady scheduled me early before the techs. went on calls. After he finished the repair I paid $65 (fair price) and started to leave. I had a spot in the windshield where the chi was. When I had one repaired before I didn't have a spot aftertflward. When I asked the business owner , he rather forcefully told that's the way it is. I didn't want a confrontation so I left. He did offer a refund before I left.he needs some training

Always great service. Stopped in for them to just look at my glass to see if it needed repaired or replaced. Not only did he suggest repair, he did it on the spot while I waited just a few minutes. Great guys to talk to as well. I've had to have windshield repair/replacement done twice in the past few months.
