Absolutely loved my experience! Super down to earth personalities with the ability to be real and honest. I didnt follow through on an appointment time and Walter was very polite and respectable about letting me know that he would still gladly take care of my services but if it happened again he couldnt help me and i honored that about him. Time is valuable. He sent two of his workers out to replace my window right in the parking lot of my work and it didn't take them hardly any time at all to have my car up and going again.
