I searched Google for “windshield replacement” on my Kia Stinger. I was overwhelmed with my search results, so I looked for one with the highest reviews! This is when I found Taz Auto Glass!!! I reached out and left a voicemail on Sunday. Diego texted me on Sunday!!! He asked two questions. As soon as I answered them, he responded with a price AND an appointment option. I was immediately impressed and scheduled an appointment. His communication was amazing, and he was promptly on time to MY DRIVEWAY!!! Very personable, polite, experienced and his work IS top-notch!!! Let me add…he IS meticulous with every step in the process!!! I am beyond impressed and grateful! I am a VERY picky individual and I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone I encounter who needs his Services. Thank you, Diego from the bottom of my heart. From the first phone call I made to Diego, owner of Taz Auto Mobile Service, I knew right away I made the right call. Diego was super polite, respectful, enthusiastic, and always referred to me as sir.” I made an appointment to have him come to my home and replace my Jeep Gladiator’s front windshield. Two days later, he came to my home and carefully removed and installed my new windshield. He was careful and respectful of my property and vehicle and did an incredible job! So happy with Diego and his service that I recommended him to two of my co-workers who will use him for their vehicles’ windshields. Hard to find good dependable people and when I do, I like to share with friends, family, and anyone who may need glass repair or replacement. If you need auto glass, don’t hesitate at all, call Diego and leave the rest to him! 👍

My car window needed immediate replacing. I contacted other places that my coworkers recommended, but they couldn't service me the same day, or they charged a lot more. I looked online and came across Taz. While I was leary with going with a mobile service, I am glad that I came across them. Diego was responsive to my call and agreed to service me the same day! He was personable and provided excellent customer service. I felt comfortable during the interaction, and am beyond thrilled with his work. He even took the time to get up all the broken glass in my car. If you have reservations, please don't. I highly recommend Taz Auto Glass.

I needed to get my windshield replaced due to a nasty crack. I was a bit anxious about the process, but my experience with Diego was perfect! The scheduling process was easy, and he was able to schedule me quickly. He drove all the way to Beecher, IL for this job! Diego is very professional, efficient, and he completed the replacement in a timely manner. The new windshield looks great and there were no issues with the installation. He also completed the calibration! (He sends you a post calibration report for your records) I was very impressed by his expertise and friendliness. I would definitely recommend Taz Auto Glass to anyone! ☺️

Very fast , faster than the shops. I was told maybe 2 to 2 1/2 hrs he took barely 35mins. Lil extra because I was learning lol. on time, well knowledgeable and educated on the repairs and replacement of windows for vehicles. Very great reasonable prices not to mention Mobile comes to you. And inspects, before and after to make sure everything is good before he starts and makes sure everything is back in place an in working order while showing and teaching you and his son the business on top he cleans the windows also 100% recommend to anyone who needs Windows, windshields for ur vehicle.

Let me just say this, NO review will EVER do this company Justice.! Like I can NOT tell y’all how AMAZING this mobile service is.! I was sooooo sceptic but within 2-5 min I was sold. From the company vehicle to the very informative rep there’s NOTHING that was missed.! Don’t second guess this… like look at that QUALITY.!! Almost wanna eat off that glass.! Lol.! But I just wanna say again thank you for the service and being able to get me in last minute… sorry it was so cold but I appreciate your dedication and hard work despite how the weather worked against us.!

This guy is awesome. I took my car to the dealership to have a windshield camera recalibrated. The dealership (who manufactured the vehicle) was unable to perform the recalibration, after sitting there for 2 hours. I called Taz auto glass, he came out , recalibrated the system correctly in a matter of like 12 minutes. I genuinely appreciate this company . I really can't say enough good things about Diego, he professional, courteous, has reasonable prices, and just gets the job done efficiently. I'll definitely refer and use them again.

Greatest service ever! Diego was at my house, fixing my windshield within a few hours. He explained everything to me. After replacing the windshield, he reset my remote start & my camera. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain it to me in a way I could understand. Extremely impressed that he was able to replace my toll road sticker, my work parking sticker (also put it on the correct way, when I had it wrong for 4 years!) and my special club parking sticker!! Thank you SO VERY much.

I had a fantastic experience with Taz Auto Glass. Diego was incredibly informative and took the time to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. He replaced my windshield and did an excellent job! I was pleasantly surprised when the final cost came in lower than expected since my molding didn’t need to be replaced. When I tell you Taz came to save the day!! Someone broke out my window at 3am Taz came to my residence and did a fully professional install by 1:30pm! Penciled me right in! He was very quick, informational and prices are exceptional compared to other places I called. Last but not least, he was more than willing to cleanup the mess the lousy thieves made. I would recommend Taz auto glass a thousand times over. Thank you Taz!!!!!!
