Nice folks - very accommodating when I called & said I'd had a minor emergency and would be a few minutes late for my 10 AM check in/drop off time. You really need though to have at least a little sign at the junctions of the 2 ways to go after entering the complex. Just one with: Auto Glass Now on it and an arrow pointing the right way to go to get back there to you. We wasted time searching along the front row of buildings thinking one of them was the office where we were supposed to check in -- until finally deciding maybe we should go down the OTHER road and see where IT took us (and then subsequently of course found your building). For first timers there for glass repair, they don't know what direction to take either once they get to the entrance of all that multi building complex .... it's not like going to a grocery store where you see their building and can see the obvious way to get to it's front door! It was very frustrating since we were TRYING to hurry anyway -whereas a simple little sign pointing the direction to go would have eliminated the problem for us instantly.

My car was diagnosed by the dealership with a leak in the seal around the top of the windshield, which was causing water to pool and drip inside the car around the dome light. Went in today to auto glass now and got the best service Even better than I would ever think. I had an appointment with a competitor and got berated by the person that came to my house and was very upset. Called auto glass now and and asked if I could come in just for an estimate on either filling the crack in my windshield or getting it replaced, was told to come on over. I was met with the very friendly person in the front office and a very nice gentleman that ended up working on my car was able to fill it. It is not the prettiest, but it is amazing and the fact that he got it done today when I had just stopped in, I could not be more happy. We will be coming to auto glass now for everything to do with both my car or my husband’s, and we will be recommending this to anyone that we know that has something wrong with their glass in their car.

Absolutely horrible experience. Came in for a driver door window repair. Waited 3hrs for the part as they don't have someone go and get the parts. You have to wait for delivery. Then they tell me they received the wrong part. I asked them to just button it up as I didn't have any more time to wait. Mind you, my van had a bad regulator but, the window was in place and I was holding it in place with wedges. So they "reassembled" the vehicle and parked it up front. I grab my keys and when I get to the lot I'm beyond confused. They did not reinstall the window. Instead they placed plastic over the window that was obstructing vision. When I brought this liability to there attention. The tech told me " I just drove it out of the shop and didn't have any problems and that I'd be fine in rush hour traffic. Will be contacting lawyers immediately!!!

Recently had a chip in the windshield that developed into a fairly long crack. I was impressed with the people, responsiveness, and quality at the Auto Glass Now facility in Greenwood, IN. I attempted to schedule an appointment online and ran into an issue on the website. I called the 888 number and the person on the phone was very helpful with getting my appointment confirmed. The people there were pleasant and informative with what to expect regarding my windshield repair. They completed the repair in about 10 minutes and made sure all of my questions were answered. They were professional and treated me as if they cared about making me happy with the service. The price was also significantly less than the other quotations I had received. I will definitely use this business again if I need to have my windshield repaired or replaced.

Auto Glass Now did a great job. Reasonably priced, especially for the fact, that they came to my residence to do it. Windshield looks great, everything is sealed up with no issues. The one and only thing I had an issue with is the technician left the interior quite messy. Pieces of old weather stripping and what not left everywhere. And believe me when I say, it’s a small issue being my truck needed cleaned out anyway. But had my car been very clean and left like that, I wouldn’t have been happy. Regardless, I would gladly use Auto Glass Now again and again and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

“Awesome” Making an appointment was easy with the super nice gals in the office. I dropped off my car for a windshield replacement at 8:00 am and they texts me at 10:00 am and said I can come and pick up my car. My new windshield looks perfect and the price was great! I had called around to get a price from other companies and they were much higher. Some of the other companies were $400-$500 dollars higher. They were incredibly communicative, keeping me updated throughout the process, and the efficiency was impressive. I dropped my car off overnight, and by early the next morning, it was completely done. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. If you need a windshield replacement, I highly recommend them!

I have had two windshield replacements at this location on two separate vehicles. both were well done and quick. Just a few days after the last one was replaced, I had another rock chip my windshield. I went to them the next day to get it fixed and they didn't charge me for the repair. I really appreciate this kind of good will when they had absolutely no responsibility to cover this damage. They went the extra mile and as a result, I'll never go anywhere else for auto glass repairs. Thanks for the great work!
