I wish I could give Kalin and his team more than 5 stars. They are communicative, innovative, and patient. I had a terrible install on a full windshield replacement done by SafeLite back in September. I did not want SafeLite to use their 'warranty' to fix my windshield because of how poor the windshield install was along with their awful customer service/communication. Tier One Auto was my first call to get a second opinion on how to proceed after my experience with SafeLite. It was clear from that call that Tier One Auto were more knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and had high expectation to communicate with their customers. My insurance was a time and half to work with and Kalin, who is the owner, never once made it seem like it was a bother/annoyance to him and the team. Kalin has since been so awesome with ensuring I have a great experience with this new windshield replacement - and I highly assume he would do the same for any other customer coming his way. I picked up my car today and it looks better than factory. They took such good care of everything and did an amazing job fixing the huge errors made by SafeLite. My experience with Kalin and his team was a night and day difference from my prior windshield replacement through SafeLite. Support this locally owned business. Now I know why this business has 5 star ratings across the board! Tier One Auto Glass did a superb job on my Acura MDX’s windshield this past Friday! I had a rock chip that started out small and eventually became a long streak on the right side of my windshield. Their customer service is something that all businesses should try to emulate. Very pleasant, helpful, and responsive. Their shop is super clean and cozy that you actually wouldn’t mind waiting there (I would’ve but my husband was able to leave work early so he came and picked me up and we ate at Bricker’s while waiting for Tier One to call 😊). We picked up my car after 2hrs and I couldn’t stop smiling because they did such an amazing job! I will definitely recommend Tier One Auto Glass to my friends/family who needs any glass repair/replacement! Thank you Mike and Kalin! I know for certain that your business will be around for years and years to come!⭐️

Went to tier one after having my car vandalized leaving a basketball game downtown. I was frustrated and really not looking forward to spending a ton of money. The team at Tier one made the whole process easy. Not only did they quote me a price almost a hundred dollars cheaper than sftellite, they even drove to another state to pick up my glass. Which by the way was the only one left in the Midwest. Tier one was friendly, communicative, fair, and professional. The scope of work was also top notch! I always preach “shop local” and this is why. You just don’t get that level of service with big business, you’ll always be just a number. Thanks tier one

My hood flew up and destroyed my windshield on I-70. It was a harrowing experience and it happened on a Sunday which presented additional problems. I was directed to Tier One Auto Glass after my own insurance company and affiliated glass replacement company could not help me in the time frame I needed in order to reach home (several hours more of travel.) Tier One was friendly and responsive from the first call. Both Kalin who answered the phone and Mike who came to do the repair ON SITE were excellent. After waiting a week for glue to dry, I made it safely through a car wash so very happy, no leaks the pricing was more what is expected and the results are fantastic. I pounded on the windshield a few times with a fist and it held and it's amazing to be able to see though the windshield without any cracks catching the sunlight I heard some scary stories from safelite and avoided them even though they are cheaper and then the dealership wanted $1,000 🤣 Tier one auto was much closer to Safelite in pricing and the quality is amazing. Thank you for fixing my windshield!!!

Amazing service! They didn’t just swap out the windshield, actually provided above and beyond excellence. Upon removing my old windshield, they found a bit of rust and old original sealant which could have created leaks if left untreated. They carefully prepped the surface and removed the rust before installing the new windshield. NO EXTRA CHARGE! The technician showed me what was going on before he did the install. (The “other company” with the big TV ads would not have done this extra step.) 5 star service and they will come to your door if needed!

The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was very knowledgeable and courteous, and because he had the parts for my Audi in stock, he was able to get me in the next day. My new windshield was installed in a timely manner and I was given instructions about not running it through the car wash for a couple of days. My windshield looks great! Tier One Auto Glass’s price was very reasonable ( I checked around). I’m very pleased with my new windshield and the service, and would highly recommend Tier One Auto Glass!

Asked about having rear pickup window replaced on Monday. Tier One was easy to work with and reseansable price for the quality . They scheduled appointment for Tuesday. I was greated at 8 in the morning by a very friendly member of their team. Juan was dressed professionally and I was impressed with the shop cleanliness. I did not wait on Truck but it was done in a few hours. I am happy with the product and service given by this local business.

Really pleased with Tier One—efficient friendly service from the first call through completion of the windshield repair. Great communication and excellent attention to detail. I spoke with installer James at length and it’s clear that the employees are happy at this company and that this small business takes care of their people and their customers. Highly recommend this company compared to other local glass repair I have used.

Wanted to get my windshield replaced by a local shop. Contacted Tier One Auto Glass and from the very first phone call, it was a great experience. Kalin took care of all the details and found the OEM windshield I requested in record time. Mike installed the windshield today; great service. They have a very clean, neat facility.
