My husband and I brought our '99 Astro Van here for a windshield replacement. And they were the best! They did not complain about having to take apart the cowl on the dash or any of the other hard parts of working on an older vehicle. They did a bang-up job, and we could not be more pleased. Thank you so much AGN. LouAnn and Terry Howard

Replaced my front windshield that had cracks in it! A limb hit first and then it began to crack with the heat. They had a decent price and allowed me to use a coupon with no problem got a fast and speedy appt And it was done before expected time!ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentReasonable price

First Glass America Not AGN came out and told me they couldn't do my windshield on my Peterbilt 579 with the OEM wind deflector standard on all 579s. The Next Day Auto Glass now got out to me and within 15 minutes replaced my windshield with no issues and no problem with the wind deflector. I will continue to use them when I need a Windshield for my Peterbilt.

My experience with Auto Glass Now has very mixed emotions. It took them 3 tries to properly install the windshield in my truck. I brought in my Chevy Truck to have the windshield replaced. When I went to pick up the truck I immediately noticed that it looked like someone sprinkled dirt all over the inside of the floor, dash and seat. Mind you, I had just detailed the truck the day before getting the windshield replaced and installed a brand new vinyl floor. (As the manager stated when she brought the truck inside, that the truck was extremely nice inside for its age.) My next finding was that there was excess glue that had not been cleaned off in multiple spots around the edge of the windshield. I showed the manager working, she said that it was unacceptable and she would have it redone and the truck cleaned inside. The next day when I went to pick the truck up, the first thing I noticed is my floor mats were swapped from left to right and they were turned upside down. Like how does someone even do that willingly and think that is okay for when the customer picks up a vehicle. Second thing I notice is the driver side windshield wiper is not touching the windshield at all. I fixed it by pressing the lock down to make it touch the windshield completely. Very minor things, but things I would assume that a "Professional" would not do to a customer. I then paid for the job, proceed to leave and low and behold the windshield leaks air at the edge of the dash directly ahead of the driver and 10 to 12 inches to the right side of the vehicle. So now, I have to take it back a third time for them to fix it. My third and final experience was the best out of all. I was helped by the manager at the time (10/17/24). She was very kind through this whole debacle of a windshield install. She had another tech with more experience do the third installation and all is well with the truck. I was told at the time of the installation that the tech that did it the first two times had been employed there doing installs for 2 years. I would think that by 2 years someone would be proficient and knowledgeable to do it right the very first time. I appreciate what the manager did for me in making this right. She gave me some trust back into the company, along with the second tech who did the third install in the truck to make it right. I would give them another shot if the opportunity arose, but would most definitely request that the tech that did my first two installs to not come close to any of my vehicles.

This is a review not only for AGN but for the Manager at the Anderson location, Skylar. I had originally went to a location on Pendleton Pike as it was just a little bit closer to my house. Not only did they install my windshield incorrectly with broken side pieces that they returned to me. I had to go back to show them what was wrong. When I took it back to have it corrected they did not perform the service requested. They left tape all over my vehicle. After speaking to Skyler at the Anderson location not only did she apologize for their neglect of my vehicle she proceeded to fit me in to their schedule asap. When the glass was delivered to her location she called me to make the appointment. Stayed in touch with me throughout the entire appointment process. She knew who I was when I got there without having to be reminded. She also replaced my windshield wipers for the inconvenience as this is now the third windshield that I have had to have replaced by this company. I would recommend if you're going to use Auto Glass now don't go to any other location than the Anderson one if you can and if not make sure to ask for their manager as well. Skylar, thank you! My windshield is perfect. my experience was saved by your professionalism and customer service

When I ordered my windshield, I was told to arrive between 8 and 9. I received a confirmation text at 7 pm the night before my appointment. I reported to Auto glass at 8:30, but was told that the windshield had not arrived, and they would call to reschedule when it arrived. I politely asked why someone didn't call so my wife and I would have saved the 10 mile drive. Skylar told me that she didn't have time to call customers. My wife and I left for home. Halfway there, Skylar called my cellphone to tell me that they had found my windshield. She asked if I wanted to return or reschedule. I returned, but my wife drove separately and didn't get the message. So, I returned to auto glass, but I didn't have a ride home. I decided to walk to McDonald's, eat breakfast, then possibly walk home if no one could pick me up from there. I texted Auto Glass to let them know that their mistake caused me to miss my ride home. Skylar, who was too busy to call customers, texted and called me to tell me that I should have communicated better. Incompetent for not finding the windshield on their premises, inconsiderate for not calling me to say the part hadn't arrived, and rude for blaming me for not communicating.

I’ve used Perfection on 2 different occasions and both times the work was great. The second time the rear seatbelt was detached for glass clean up and they forgot to reinstall it. I stopped in a few weeks later after I’d noticed it, and they dropped whatever they were doing and immediately took care of it. Between the best price I could find anywhere to get the work done, the proper installation, and the excellent customer service I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs auto glass work done. They really care about their customer satisfaction.ServicesAuto rear window replacement

This glass shop was AWESOME! The best service over the phone when I was calling around to different shops. The best service when I arrived for the day of my appointment. The girls at front desk were welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The lead tech, Jeremy, was extremely helpful. He explained my issue, visually showed me the steps he was going to take to fix it, and answered all of my questions. He said he’d been doing this line of work for 20+ years and it shows!

I went in inquiring about my passenger lil window being put in. They gave me a quote I made an appt. She told me it'll be a week for the window to ship in. If it don't get damaged thru shipment they will call me. Well exactly a week later I got a call to drop my vehicle off. She told me she'll call me when it's ready for pick up. I was home mayb 1hr nd half I got the call my car was ready. I was soo shocked it was done that fast.

Auto glass Now were great to work with. We wanted to get the windshield replaced before we travelled. They were accommodating to get it done on time. They even sent a technician to our house to finish up by installing a part which had been delayed. We have used them in the past and will use them in the future! Great to work with.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentGreat price
