Super easy web experience. Small glitch on the website didn’t let me properly express which window/part but the office staff stepped up and I wasn’t inconvenienced by it at all. (It’s a custom van — not their fault, my point is the ball never even hit the ground.) Super kind and flexible friendly people. I hope I never have to call you again but man oh man I have you on speed dial!!!!! I have zero idea how to say where they are on price, but my time is valuable and these guys took care of everything. All I did was make sure the van was unlocked. This entire experience collectively took less than MAYBE fifteen minutes of actual effort by me. Shopping around and getting quotes takes time I just didn’t have. This was invaluable. Getting it done once, quickly and correctly is the cheapest option. Having said that it was perfectly reasonable.

I don’t usually do these but please do not go here… I made an appointment for a crack less than an inch long to be filled and a guy came and filled it, about 2 to 3 weeks later that crack got about 3 inches bigger and then today which is about five weeks later, after sitting in a parking lot for eight hours at work my windshield now has an over 12 inch crack in it because their repair “failed“. I called and talked to somebody about it they said “ we do not guarantee our repairs, especially if you apply heat to the windshield“ ….it’s the middle of summer. What do you mean don’t put heat on my windshield I paid $190 to get the crack filled and it has now failed so now I have to pay $300 to get my entire windshield replaced

The process from start to finish was great! Our insurance company is why we used Safelite however I would highly recommend this office even if you are not using insurance! Our tech Jon was a really nice man who communicated with us about when he would arrive. Even though he had been working outside all day in the stifling heat and humidity with no cover at any of his stops (we were his last stop of the day at 6P) he was courteous and efficient. I did pay the extra for new wiper blades as they were recommended by our insurance after a windshield replacement. It hasn't rained yet so I don't know how to rate those properly.

The internet process to schedule service could not have been easier. We were conveniently scheduled on our choice of date & time. Our technician, Rod, was experienced, honest, competent, and so nice. The price was reasonable ..(and I comparatively shopped around). The lifetime warranty ( as long as you own your car) was reassuring that they stand behind their work..AND Rod came to us ( work completed in our driveway)....AND everything was finished in about 45 minutes. It just couldn't have been a more positive, easier experience from start to finish. Thanks again, Rod..!

Super super quick. Brian was professional, experienced and helpful. Really impressed by the service overall. I was told to plan for 3hours and was in and out in 1.5hours. The waiting room had all the amenities I needed to work remotely. The only thing I’d say is that the waiting area and bathroom could use a lick of paint, a carpet steaming, and a bit of a refresh. It’s a bit outdated and sad in there. Not the worst thing ever, just would be good to freshen up!

My Safelite technician, Maison, was outstanding!! He called me to inform me first thing on the day of appointment to narrow down my appointment window. Then, I was updated with the ETA which was within minutes of arrival time. Maison completed the installation in around 1 hour, and it turned out great!! He was super professional and extremely neat!

Ryan, our technician was efficient and very professional. We were very well satisfied with the service, but extremely disappointed in the inefficiency of Safelite’s communication system. It took several attempts on the phone to finally reach a person at the Anderson shop. Technology is fine, but it must be easier to access human assistance!

I just paid off my car in July. I was looking forward to the first month without that $500 car payment. Then the rock hit the windshield. I have a $500 deductible. Sigh... But the Safelite shop saved the day! They repaired the windshield without having to replace it. It didn't cost me anything out of pocket! I am very happy!!!
