These guy's were $200 cheaper than Safelite, I just had to drop it off at their shop instead of them coming to me. Safelite have me the same option as well just $200 more. Replaced windshield in my F350. The work was completed in couple hours and I was able to drop it in the afternoon so that I was able to work a full day before getting windshield. I'm very happy with the cost and process, recommend anyone to check Safelite price against them. Also you can call these guys and talk to a real person which is helpful when getting any kind of repair work done.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

I can not say enough good things about having Auto Glass Systems help us to get our windshield replaced. We had been trying to get our glass replaced for over a year, we have a unique vehicle and can only use OEM glass. (A very long story). A national glass installer attempted to get our glass a year ago and tried to charge us for shipping, when ordered properly there is no shipping and I refused. We attempted to go through another local glass company after 6 months of them telling me the glass was ordered, it wasn't and we verified through calling the manufacturer 6 months in. In the mean time the OEM had stopped handling parts and glass, they were turning over parts to one company and releasing the glass manufacturer from their contracts so they could sell the glass to anyone, that in itself took 4 months. We then found the national glass installer would not work with us because the only windshield being produced for our vehicle was equipped with a glass sensor, our vehicle was not, but the glass would fit all vehicles like no matter the year. We then found Auto Glass Systems, drove to their shop, talk to them and within 24 hours the windshield was ordered and a week later the glass was installed. This was also during the Thanksgiving holiday. The Zoellner family went above and beyond to help us get our windshield replaced. For us, there is no other glass shop to take all of our auto glass needs to. Thank you all, your work and service is greatly appreciated.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could based solely on the little man that owns it. Got my windshield replaced here last year brand new, and the wind blew extremely hard yesterday forcing the window to flex. It cracked from the bottom and is working its way up on the INSIDE of the of the glass itself. Without hesitation, the owner says he isn't warranting it because something on the outside hit it. I showed him rubbing my fingers it wasn't on the outside. He then said it was most likely on the inside of the glass. Rubbed my finger on the inside of the cars glass and showed him it wasn't on in the inside of the car. What a terrible owner to be proven wrong several times and deny a warranty based solely off of being wrong. He then told me a mechanic did it but shutting my hood too hard but I haven't had anyone open my hood to do any work in the year since having a new window. I spoke to several window shops and was told it only breaks on the inside of the glass itself if it wasn't properly placed on the car and set for expansions of temperature changes. Contacted the better business bureau because a friend of mine was denied warranty because they installed his glass and didn't clean the area and it cracked from sitting on previous broke glass pieces. This is why noone shops local any more. What a terrible little guy

Had a small star crack from rock impact and was referred to AGS by the service manager at Carguys Autoworks. Went by in the afternoon to have it looked at and got the ok for repairs but they were very busy so I told them I'd come by in AM. Got there when they opened and was told it would take 45 mins to repair but was out the door in 30. They also told me their repair would not make crack completely disappear but I certainly can't see it so am very satisfied with repair and cost ($50). Unless you are offended by underselling and overperforming I would recommend this business. Edit: My original review indicated that the glass repair resulted in my not being able to detect the original chip, despite being assured by the company that this would not be the case. Yesterday (weeks after repair) I was driving into a lowering sun and did catch site of a couple of hairline splinters emanating around the periphery of the original pit. I am still 5* satisfied with this company and the repair and write only to forfend others from using my original review as a basis for complaint.

Took my car in to get the window regulator repaired and it was returned to me with the radio and dash screen not working and the window still did not go up all the way. When I called to let them know, the man was very condescending and suggested I was lying about the radio/screen not working. He also told me that they did not disconnect the battery prior to working on the regulator. This is a routine part of electrical work and is definitely the reason my radio and screen no longer work. When I took it back in, they repaired the window (finally) and told me they didn’t know how the radio/screen got broken or how to fix it. Overall way too pricey for a place that barely does the repair correctly, breaks some things along the way, suggests the customer is lying when they are told about the mistakes, and is incapable of fixing the issues they caused. Don’t go here for electrical work because they clearly don’t know the most basic elements of doing itNegativeQuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto power window repair

I recently had my windshield replaced at Auto Glass Systems in Springfield, IL, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient. The team was incredibly professional, and they had my windshield replaced in less than 5 hours. Here's the best part: They provided a courtesy car which made my day hassle-free while they worked on my vehicle. It’s rare to find a business that goes the extra mile like this, and I truly appreciated the convenience. Their customer service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the quality of their work was excellent. If you need auto glass repair or replacement, I highly recommend Auto Glass Systems. Fast, reliable, and customer-focused—and they're a small locally owned business!

I woke up on a Friday (01/06/23) -berore we were supposed to leave for vacation on a sunday- to a crack across my entire windshield.. I called multiple companies desperate to find a windshield for my 2009 nissian armada and to my surprise they not only answered at 7:30am but they also were able to get the windshield the same day! & Not only did they install the windshield the same day, they also provided a free rental car for the duration of the day while they replaced my windshield! I was able to drop it off at 8 and had it back by 4pm! $330 later and I was happily back on track for vacation. I'm so thankful to this company.. top tier service! And their office puppy is adorable. All around a total win⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ServicesAuto windshield replacement

So Deb brought her 2008 Toyota Sequoia into them after returning the vehicle the satellite radio would not work and we took it back to them and they said it it had a cut and a wire which they did because it was working before we brought it in, and they put some cheap aftermarket Satellite antenna on it and they said that’s all we’re getting and that’s what was on it when we brought it in and that was not what was on it so now we’re hiring an attorney and suing them. I would not take anything to them the worst the owner is the worst unprofessional businessman I’ve ever encountered, and I have owned three business for 40 years.I would add Deb is a disabled, veteran and that’s how he treats are vetsServicesAuto windshield replacement

I was traveling in Springfield, Illinois along Route 66 and a truck threw a stone and it hit my new 3 week old windshield and poof a nasty divot was found in the morning that would crack as soon as I started to use the heater. I saw Auto Glass Systems ad online, noticed it was close to the Cozy Dog where I had some business to do and stopped in for a quote. The price was fair and the employees were very friendly and the repair service was very quick ... and they even cleaned my bug-infested windshield! The best part was the repair was hardly noticeable at all and the price was super great one!!!

Called and had the windshield ordered same day. Were willing to do it the very next day tho I wasn’t available myself. Took it in on a Saturday and they had it done in 3 hours(faster than I was expecting) and they even gave me a courtesy call an hour before it was ready to be picked up to let me know. Lady at the front desk was super nice, and the guys even mounted my mirror back on that was in the passenger seat to begin with. Price was reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised with the first time experience overall.ServicesInstallation, Auto windshield replacement
