I had the pleasure of meeting two of satellite’s team members. Both gentlemen were just that… respectful, efficient and open with details as the job would be done. Joe, first young man realized early on that the windshield he had on the truck was not for my car! He quickly contacted someone to get the correct one and 3 days later, the job was done ! Was sad it was Joes day off but the associate who did the job won my complete confidence! No negative feedback at all!

Of all things to destroy a windshield, a very large bird crashed into my daughters car! She had just got it back the day before after 5 weeks at the dealership. I called a couple of local collision places to get it replaced, and it would be just under a week before they could get it in. I looked up safelite on the internet, and was able to not only make my appointment online for the next day, but also to include my policy number from my insurance company which was covered 100%. Within 24 hours of the incident, my daughters car was back on the road. They kept in contact with me via email & text with details on who was coming to do the repairs and when it would be started and completed.

Hoping they fix this soon. It Started off as a simple window chip and now the whole window is completely cracked. I now gotta wait for my insurance to approve a replacement if they even do and if they don’t I will get to pay out of pocket for the damage they caused. Update: yeah so they damaged my windshield and my insurance is refusing to do anything else besides the chip fix they offered.. pretty much they cracked my windshield and told me to Pay them an extra 150$ to fix it. Stay far away from here Thomas my service guy literally smelt like cheap Reggie boof. The lady over the phone had no idea whar she was doing either. Extremely disappointed.

Easily a 5-star review. My service person (I am so sorry. Name slips my mind.) showed up wearing a Superman cape and did not disappoint!! My car was broken into by vandalism, and the glass was throughout the car. He cleaned up all the glass. I have not found any at all left. Then he moved on to fixing the window. He was friendly while still being professional. I have told many friends about the service you provided - and the fact that the fee was no more than if I took the c(ar to you. I know you have great employees; however, I have not met them. The employee you sent me is a KEEPER! (No. I am not related to him. LOL!)

1 star because their phone people that answer the line cannot do simple math. I spent ten minutes on the phone with them explaining how their discounts they sent me being applied to the work order would save me money. They were insistent that my math was off. Finally after realizing they did simple addition wrong after I explained it several times to them, they refused to apply the discount and create the work order for me. Terrible customer service and I haven’t even had the chance to experience their quality of workmanship in the field yet. I’d honestly just go anywhere else. This was a red flag experience.

Glass repair was fine. Hood prop was broke, loose under the hood, and missing the retention grommet. The air box and filter were tampered with, and 2 separate pieces of trim were improperly installed, only one was related to the window replacement, the other was in an attempt to cover up the hood prop. Zero acknowledgment of the issue. Zero attempts to make it right. When informed I fixed the issues myself, I was told by customer service I voided the warranty. For the premium price they demand, I expect better. Don’t leave your car out of your sight if your insurance forces you to go here.

Thomas was a great help in fixing my back windshield. Safelite sent him out to DeKalb for me without any issues. Thomas was extremely informative about the process, took great care of my vehicle and had the work done well ahead of schedule! I was able to do my own thing inside while he took care of the glass. Whole thing took less than an hour, maybe even as little as 30 minutes! He did a great job vacuuming out my car, too. I haven't seen a single trace of broken glass! Thank you Thomas and thank you Safelite for doing a great job!

Joel from Safelite came to our home. I got plenty of emails and texts from the company, letting me know in advance when he was coming & what to expect. While the weather was brutally hot and humid, he set up a work area and got started right away while letting me know that he was perfectly fine if I elected to watch him work or wanted to ask him any questions throughout the process. The old (cracked) windshield was removed, and the new one was placed within an hours time. I recommend this company for their professionalism.

I also liked the constant communication regarding the status of my repair. This is a very clean and organized location with top notch professionals that know their job well and give you excellent service. I highly recommend this location. A rock hit my windshield when driving and I filed a claim with my insurance right away. I did not have to pay a deductible because we have comprehensive coverage. They set up an appointment right away for Safelite to come out to me in just a few hours. The technician was awesome and informative. He had the glass filled and fixed in about 10 minutes. I paid $76 for the service and was able to put a card on file so I didn’t need cash on hand. I have a before and after picture for reference
