City Auto Glass

My windshield was smashed because the latch on my hood wasn’t secured all the way. I was unable to drive it anywhere because glass was all over and I couldn’t see out of it. I called City Auto Glass and they were the only ones willing to come out to my house and replace it, they arrived on time and the windshield was replaced quickly and for the cheapest price I could find in the area! I was impressed! However a couple hours later I went outside and when I got in my vehicle I noticed the windshield was cracked. I called and told them what happened, they had me send pictures to them and informed me that it must have happened because the hood on my car wasn’t properly repaired after it had flown back the first time. They told me they will order another windshield and to let them know when I get the hood fixed. So I went and got the hood bent back into place and called City Auto Glass again to inform them it was fixed. A couple days later they came back out with another brand new windshield and replaced the one they just fixed and charged me absolutely nothing for the 2nd replacement! This is hands down the best service I’ve ever had, they didn’t question me or blame me, they were understanding and helpful. I will ALWAYS recommend City Auto Glass to anyone needing a windshield repair!! Outstanding Customer Service you just don’t see around Rockford!

A contractor friend recommended City Auto Glass to replace the panes in the large bow window in my living room. Jordan took my call for an estimate and someone came out later that day to measure the panes and determine how many needed replacing. Per my request, I was given two estimates: one for replacing the panes that were compromised and one for replacing them all. Once I decided to have all the panes replaced, I spoke with Jordan again to order the windows. The new windows arrived quickly and a day for installation was set up. Anthony, Jason, and Ray arrived to my house on time and ready to work. I am very impressed with both the speed and care I saw as the windows were replaced. The bow window was over sixty years old, so there was plenty of clean-up involved after the old windows were removed. The technicians were thorough, polite, efficient, and cleaned up both inside and outside my house. I would highly recommend using City Auto Glass for your next project.

Seal was broken in our bay window. Called City Auto Glass inquiring about replacement. They sent out an employee the next day to measure for replacement. It was a week ago today that I called and the new window is in. Quick response, quality product, reasonable price and great installers!!! They cut custom glass and mirror’s. I placed an order on Monday and I was told pick up would be Tuesday, but I didn’t hear anything from them. So I called Wednesday morning and they said by the afternoon it will be done. So Thursday passes no call or answer. Now Friday morning I’m calling other places to fix a problem that should have already been fixed. “I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOUR LOOKING FOR PROMPT SERVICE AND HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE”

After getting multiple quotes and speaking with several glass places. I came across City Auto Glass, I spoke with Jordan and was very happy with quote & stopped in to speak to him. I was very impressed with the business and customer service. The next morning Anthony and Ray showed up to put in my new windshield and did a great job. I’m very happy to support a local business.

If you need a windshield replaced, City Auto Glass are the only ones you need to call! Don’t waste your time with the others! Great prices, installers were on time, fast, super friendly…They even came all the way up to Rockton! Jordan answered every call, every question, and he was great to work with! I had a glass chip in my windshield & needed it repaired. I arrived @ 8am, & the techs werr already opening the door & preparing the glass! Wow, fast!. Jordan took care of the billing & I was out of the shop by 8:20. Incredible speed & friendly service. Best glass shop there is, period. 100% recommended.

They came out on time and fixed my octagon window glass on the outside of the house, it was on the other side of my stain glass custom windows that are one of kind. The outside glass needed to be reinstalled and caulked. They did a great job and were quick too.
