I had my windshield replaced by Aaron’s Auto Glass, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed the cowl trim piece (the plastic trim at the bottom of the windshield) was damaged. It was in perfect condition before the replacement, but they refused to take responsibility, claiming they’re “not liable for trim pieces.” This is unacceptable — if the part was fine before the service and damaged afterward, that clearly points to negligence. If your trim gets broken during a windshield job, that is the installer’s responsibility. Refusing to fix it shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. Fast, friendly, cheap! I needed a windshield replacement, and Aaron's quoted me $200 CHEAPER than any of the other quotes I was getting. They were able to set up an appoint for me the NEXT MORNING, less than 24 hours after I called. I dropped off my car when they opened at 10am, the front desk ladies were super friendly and the process was quick. Cindell worked on my car and had it done in about an hour! Aaron Glass in Rockford is a very professional and punctual place. We contacted Aaron Glass yesterday after many calls to at least 10 different Glass companies, and not only did they have the best price but also Jessica was very helpful she called us back within the 15 minute time frame with the qoute prepared. The customer service was excellent And while we waited to get our glass installed Jessica wiped down then tire waiting Room the Clorox wipes so she was taking great precaution or herself and the customer. Thank you very much Jessica for your help you were very professional and you're customer service was excellent.

This service was very accommodating and rapid. It didn’t take long and the clerks at the front desk were very friendly. They also worked with me as far as pricing which I really appreciated I work customer service so I know how important it is to focus on the customer at checkout. However the girls were very chatty and distracting while I was supposed to be finishing paperwork and it comes off rude. Cindell was amazing! She answered all of my questions in regards to having my front windows tinted on my 2020 Infinity qx50 and she helped make the best choice for me. She was very thorough with the instructions for the process and made the experience fast and enjoyable! Friendly staff. I went there for a windshield replacement and got my windows tinted while I was at it. Windshield has been great, but the tint is barely a year old and it’s starting to bubble. I reached out and I’m out of luck, I’ll have to have the window redone at my expense. I have tinted every vehicle I’ve owned and never had one go bad, this is the first time at this business and now I have to pay to have it done again. I wouldn’t recommend them for window tint, but they have great pricing on windshields compared to the other places in town.

Recently had my windows tinted on my new Jeep and loved the service they provided! Got it done in less than 2 hours and when I saw a little issue, they offered to fix it asap. This is my third car I’ve had tinted here and IF I get a new car (driving my dream car now), I’ll be coming back for tints! This business is a complete scam. They shut down a location but kept the same number and profile without updating anything. Then, after I made a deposit, they informed me that there are no refunds on deposits when I tried to get my money back. Their company policy is absolutely terrible. Even though I called them within 5 minutes of making a Zelle payment, they still kept my $50 deposit for a windshield. I would give this place a negative rating for their deceptive business practices.

The service was great. The receptionist (Cindell) was very courteous and I wasn't waiting very long. The reason for 4 stars out of 5 is in case cosmetics are important to you, the caulking was a little sloppy. Other than that, they got the job done fast and cheap. Nothing leaks and my new windshield is holding up well. I probably would've wanted printed information on the aftercare of the windshield, but I'm just picky about that. Overall, I had a good experience.

I came in here to get my rear quarter panel replaced. The corporate competitor was quoting me more than 700+ without insurance and then I found Aaron's. It was tremendously cheaper, and my car is used already so having used glass wasn't a problem. I arrived early and my car was done in less than 30 mins.
