I don’t even know where to begin. This company is amazing.!!! The staff in the office are very personable yet very knowledgeable and easy to work with to get scheduled. They work with your insurance they handle everything from start to finish and the technicians doing an amazing job not to mention they’re very clean. They don’t leave a mess. They clean up after themselves and they recalibrate right at your house. Start to finish an easy process making my life easier I would highly recommend this company to anyone, And I have recommended them and everyone has nothing but great things to say!!!!

I had a really nice and pleasant experience today in getting the new windshield from my Hyundai Veracruz. The technician was very smart, knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions about product quality the installation, process, noise, isolation and recalibration. He came early to the appointment and was ready to go as soon as I got there. He even moved my camera I pass and my car wash sticker from the old windshield to the new one. It’s refreshing to see this kind of above and beyond service in the automotive services industry and keep it up.

I'm very impressed with Windshield Pros. I've been a Safelite Customer all my life and when it took them 3 times to replace the windshield on my Jeep Wrangler (one of the easiest cars in the world to replace) I knew it was time to find someone new. They made it easy to find the right part and get my service scheduled. The techs were very fast and extremely professional and took the time to answer my questions. Going forward, Windshield Pros will be my new glass shop. I am very happy with their services and prices.

I am very happy with the work they did. They were able to live up to their commitment of next day service/installation so that was a huge positive. Another plus as compared to Safelite was that Safelite was mandatorily asking me for $250 for re-calibration of camera etc whereas Windshield Pros said they avoid this extra charge by not unplugging any of the devices from car’s computer. And that’s exactly what worked for me - I saved $250 working with Windshield Pros.

We called the Naperville Windshield Pro’s after a rock broke our windshield. They came to our house a few days later and replaced the windshield in the driveway. Bill, the technician, came on time and replaced the windshield in the driveway in about 45 minutes. The windshield looked like it was installed at the factory and there was no mess. Paul recalibrated the sensors and everything works as it should. I would highly recommend Windshield Pro’s.

I recently used Windshield Pros to replace my cracked windshield and was very impressed with their professional service. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly and after explaining the process clearly, he completed the installation quickly and efficiently. The new windshield looks great, and the price was very competitive, specially for my car being a Bmw. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a windshield replacement. :)

Windshield pros staff was more than helpful. Everyone from the office staff to the repair team was so friendly, helpful and made me feel like family. I had a rock hit my windshield and they were able to fill it and can barely tell there was a chip in it. Very cleanly place and so professional. I definitely recommend them if you need windshield services. Thank you again to everyone who was involved in getting my window looking like new again!

Is it customary to have your workers pull over to houses and make harassing comments??? Learn to drive slowly in a neighborhood. This driver was not only rude but threatening. Do better. I would never give my business to a company that acts this way. Just if you're into the sort of thing of, idk human decency- just a word to the wise. Better companies out there. To add- we have cameras and will gladly share this encounter to the company.

After a disastrous experience with Safelite Naperville (They brought the wrong windshield TWICE) Dismissive management didn’t even apologize and was combative. Um no thanks!! I called Windshield Pros of Naperville Immediately Agnes took my call and was able to quickly replace our windshield Then a week later Agnes called to make sure everything was ok with Windshield That’s real customer service!!
