Thank You Cesar and Caliber Auto Glass. Excellent customer service, from the office customer care line to the installer. Cesar was able to come a bit earlier than his eta. Worked very efficient. Cesar was very courteous and kind. Explained the next steps. Hope I don't need a window replaced in the near future, if I do I know who to call.

I had a wonderful and seamless experience with Express Auto Glass and their team. From scheduling the appointment to the completed service, everything went smoothly and effortlessly. We needed a windshield replacement due to damage from cold weather and a rock on the highway. After reading positive reviews about them compared to other businesses in town, I decided to give them a try—and I'm so glad I did. I have Progressive insurance, so I called Steve beforehand to confirm that they work with Progressive. He quickly checked if the windshield was in stock and provided an estimate for the work schedule. I did encounter a minor issue when trying to find Express Auto Glass's information on Progressive's portal while submitting the claim, but don’t worry if you face the same problem—it’s perfectly fine. You can still work with Auto Glass through most insurance companies, just give Steve and his team a call to confirm. I submitted the claim, and Steve arranged a three-way call with Progressive to finalize everything. It took just 3 minutes, and the process was incredibly smooth. The next day, they arrived ON TIME and completed the job ON SCHEDULE, which was crucial for me. I highly recommend Express Auto Glass—had I gone to the dealership, this would have cost me $700-$800, and I would have had to wait two weeks for an appointment!

I had a rock get kicked up at my windshield while on the highway which left a chip that eventually spidered out. I was easily able to make an appointment online to go to one of there locations. I was able to make the appointment for the next day. I had the last appointment for the day (4pm and they close at 5pm) so I thought for sure I was going to have to leave my car there just because of the amount time it takes to replace and recalibrate the safety features (I have 2024 Chevy trailblazer). I arrived early because I finished up what I was doing earlier than expected and I was in the area. I did not expect to be taken early but was which was super nice. I was called about an hour or so later and was able to come get the car and was back on the road earlier than expected. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The receptionist at the Naperville location was incredible nice and really efficient. I would definitely recons this place and will go back there if ever needed.

I don’t even know where to begin. This company is amazing.!!! The staff in the office are very personable yet very knowledgeable and easy to work with to get scheduled. They work with your insurance they handle everything from start to finish and the technicians doing an amazing job not to mention they’re very clean. They don’t leave a mess. They clean up after themselves and they recalibrate right at your house. Start to finish an easy process making my life easier I would highly recommend this company to anyone, And I have recommended them and everyone has nothing but great things to say!!!!
