I sent my customer in the store to pick up some windshield primer for a restoration project as the glass guy that was supposed to do it didn't bother to show up to set the glass. I have installed glass for many years but I just don't want to do anymore but after these two fails by two different glass shops maybe I should start offering the service again. The guy asked what my customer needed it for and would not sell it to him unless he installed the glass himself. Really pathetic if you ask me and it's not like one job that he didn't do was going to affect his business.

This shop caused so much damage to my whole passenger side of a 2021 Lariat truck and they had said at first that they would make it right and cover the damages, they sent me to a shop in Caldwell where the employee or owner said they could only order the parts that were damaged like the front and rear lights and the “F-150 Lariat” logo. Then my insurance reached out to me and told me to take my truck to an estimate at any body shop and I did, took my truck to Karcher Body Shop. The estimate for the damages to the whole passenger side were at $5900 so this shop refuses to pay. Horrible place, they also claim their surveillance cameras only keep recordings for 24 hours😂 yeah! I believe you. Hopefully my insurance drops them as shops they use for their customers and people beware of this “business” they will treat your vehicles like garbage and you’ll leave with your property in way worse conditions. I will be reaching out to BBB as well. (RESPONSE) You did the damage and agreed to fix it(I HAVE WITNESSES) you admitted it to both the safelite employee that’s working along with my insurance and the Karcher Body Shop that you were at fault and would take care of the damages until the bill was too high to “make it right” right?! My truck ain’t cheap WTH did ya’ll expect? NEXT TIME BE MORE CAREFUL WITH CUSTOMERS PROPERTY AND YOU WON’T HAVE ANY ISSUES. MAYBE INVEST IN BETTER SURVEILLANCE TOO AS YOU CLAIM IT ONLY KEEPS FOOTAGE FOR 24 HOURS. LIES! I know for a fact my insurance will make it right and you’ll end up losing a lot more business for not taking responsibility for your wrong doings. Have the day you deserve. Good luck! 👍🏽

Service is always excellent! Very friendly and happy staff. A pleasant atmosphere. Fast service. High quality products and work. And........... The best prices in the entire valley. It's my third time going there and they are simply the best choice for all of your glass needs. This is a well-run establishment with a standard that is almost too high to beat. I need to go there again to have a mirror cut down and I’m looking forward to it. I don’t know how many locations they have, but the location I’m talking about is the Ñampa location. May God bless all of you for being such wonderful people. So I’m my five years in Idaho, I’ve now been to Fast Glass at last five times. Wether it’s mirrors, table tops, windshields or side car windows…I know they do all that and MUCH more. Their service is by far the best…and their prices are by far the best. Plus they do a TOP NOTCH QUALITY JOB. This place totally out performs all of the other so-called competitors

I had to come back and update my review. About a day after the windshield was installed I took a closer look at the rubber moulding that surrounds the glass, and found the issue pictured. I drove down to their Nampa location upon seeing it, and asked for it to be fixed. There was a rather salty older guy that was working behind the counter who came out to look at it, insisting that it was a cosmetic issue and it wouldn't leak. I insisted it be fixed anyway, given that my truck didn't look like this before the windshield was installed. He reluctantly got some sealant and tools to attempt to fix the problem. He was quite unpleasant through the process. I got the impression that their craftsmanship is above reproach, and was treated like a whiny customer. This market it competitive enough that you've got several other local options. I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

We had an issue with a front window of our business. I called multiple glass companies in the treasure valley for a quote. Two companies got back to me, including Fast Glass. The other company came out this morning, took a bunch of measurements and then said they would send me a quote in a couple hours. The man was not only not friendly, but never sent a quote. HOWEVER, Sam with Fast Glass came out, took one look at our front window and fixed it in under 5 minutes. We noticed the temperature in our clinic change and the noise from the street decrease instantly! Trust me, this was much appreciated across the entire staff. Before I went to this place I talk with the receptionist and she was very nice she said they were gonna charge me $30 dollars for a refill on my windshield so I went and the men that repair my windshield was nice too so he did it in less than 15mins so after he done he advise the receptionist so I went to pay for it and I was ready to pay more than $30 dollars because this is the first time that happen to my car and guess what????? I ended up paying 💰 00000000 DOLLARS!!!! I was in shock all what I said was Thank you Lord and thank them for their awesome job they did I extremely happy and I highly recommend don’t waste your time on looking other places go here they are nice!!!! The Fast Glass people came out to the house within a couple of days of calling them. The tech finish our clean up of the broken window and told us about their repair process. He measured the window and verified that the company had the materials on hand to repair/replace the broken double glass window. He gave us a price and an estimated date to come back and do the repair. The repair was done quickly in a couple of days and the window works fine. The tech cleaned up after himself in the house, but left a small amount of scattered class, large and small pieces in our carport. They did a great job in a timely manner. This is a modular home. We will use them again for our window repair….

Well they did change my windshield on my Tundra and it is not leaking , at least not that I know. They did however pop the trim off of my hood and didn't notice it. They scraped off the old adhesive and left a mess on the back of my steering wheel. There was a trim piece on the drivers side adjacent to the cowl that wasn't properly snaped into place as well as a lose trim piece on driver side next to the ODB2 diagnostic port. The owner may comment and make some lame excuse but as others have said this isn't just a fantasy nor is it made up. Like I said first, my windshield seems to not be leaking but everything else is an utter lack of attention to detail. I will not be going back.

This was an out of pocket windshield replacement cost, so I handled the transaction myself, without the aid of my insurance company. Fast Glass happened to be the most competitive price, so I booked my appointment for the next day. Sometimes the lowest cost comes with other challenges (e.g. less than stellar customer service), so I was apprehensive about my experience. They exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was very friendly and I drove away with a new windshield in less than 45 minutes. I’ll always support locally owned businesses over large corporations. Had very large window in our shop kicked in and broken due to an altercation from a bar down the street. Was referred to the commercial department from these guys and could not be happier we went with Fast Glass. Karsten, Sam, Jim & everyone down there were extremely helpful. They had the window replaced quickly (even faster than they said when they quoted us) and got it done for a more than fair price.
