Cascade Auto Glass is a true, honest business that it was a pleasure to work with. Our RV windshield was cracked due to rocks hitting us on a trip. We called our insurance company and they set up Cascade Auto Glass to replace the glass. They contacted us, sent Josh to our home to measure and get all the info he needed. The company did all the info gathering on the RV and ordered the glass. When it was in they called and set up a time to install the new glass. We took the RV in at 8 am and they were done in about 2 hours. Everyone from the office staff to the installation crew were very professional. They replaced the windshield on my Cadillac sedan after a crack from a rock. A few months later, we noticed a lot of whistling at freeway speeds and finally were told by a Cadillac body specialist that it was coming from the windshield. The guys at Cascade Auto Glass didn’t even question the issue and redid the windshield. No more whistling! They have also replaced the windshield on my Yukon. Great work and service and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Scheduling was great! Lucy is a pro and so friendly. She was able to get me in the next day for a broken rear windshield. My tech was really friendly and informative.
